As this thread was started on the 25th December. It reminds me of a Christmas tale of there being no room at the inn for Mary & Joseph. They all had to doss in a stable. I do hope this has a happy ending.

What about the loss of life and livelihood on the border area? What about the loss of property and businesses in the floods? No concern for the little people. The main concern for the TAT is lost revenue. No heart and no surprise.

In Pattaya .... it's decisions decisions..... use the hole-in-the-floor at a hole-in-the-wall pub for 10 baht, or use one of the scores of public conveniences provided for tourists by the awfully rich TAT.

I don't understand this. Spain is a supermarket for drugs. Cannabis is practically decriminalised. Maybe their moronic masterplan was to then go to the UK? Again, easily bought as there are more sellers than buyers of home grow at approx £250/ounce?

Well here's a positive spin you never hear of.......I accidently left my wallet containing 20 million baht in the back of a taxi. The driver found me and returned it all intact.
