Btw, where did the 'don't leave it to the last minute' headline come from? Thai's don't use expressions such as that.

A letter from your Embassy (if your flights have been repeatedly cancelled or your country is closed off).
Or, a letter from a Hospital with a medical reason someone cannot travel.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t help those unmarried fathers of Thai/foreign children who have never obtained parental status (legally) and cannot apply for Non-Imm Type O, or those who cannot meet the 400k requirement.
The regulations have existed for a long time, there have been numerous ways to ’side step’ those regulations until the Emergency Decree effectively locked down Thailands borders for those who would ‘border-run’.
Its extremely harsh and unfair, while at the same time those in this situation must have known they were borrowing time as the visa requirements were tightening over the past few years - these folk must have felt the walls closing in around them.
An awful shame for many in a difficult situation.
You post like Mother Teresa, smithy. As you say they have had ample time to prepare, and why didn't they get the correct status anyway, before all this covid nonsense? Unlike yourself, I have zero sympathy.

''In addition, tourists who are unable to leave Thailand due to a lack of flights or other circumstances related to the COVID-19 situation in their home country can also apply for a 30 day extension''
Sounds a right minefield, that one.

It may be OK by you but it is definitely unhealthy and puts you at added risk of a stroke and heart disease.
And you will care, a lot, if you have a stroke or develop heart disease.
Anything good/fun is unhealthy.

Always saw it as a treat when I went to Hong Kong as it's widely available there. Always thought the LEMON flavour was the best.

You have to laugh don't you when you read this type of 'advice' Yea stop living and you will live longer (maybe) even though you won't have a life.
Going for a pint is literally the only thing that stops me from going completely stir living here..
Tbh, if giving up salt helps then that is an easy worthwhile exercise, as I don't really think you need salt on food anyway..maybe on a fried egg but that's it for me..but sod the other sacrifices..no thanks.

I've had high blood pressure for around 10 years now, no idea why it started (bad diet maybe) as it isn't in the family. I take pills for it which I find a pain...my 'record' is around 220/150 now it is usually around 160/100 which is ok by me, although I'm too lazy to measure it very often. I don't stress about it and couldn't care less really..
As said above, you need to be sitting and rested at your station for 10 mins or so being getting a true reading..

I had this for months and you're right it drives you nuts, eventually mine just stopped clicking.
Have you got it on swing? Take it off swing and it should stop.

Astro 2/3 or the Sky channels are the best I can find. Also on Viet K+PM. Not advertised on PPTV36 as yet.
Yep, looking that way fella.
So ITV no longer have the England games, or is it home games only, or the contract ended?

I have spent years looking at free streams and never found any very good ones.
All refresh just before goal/penalty.
Now I just pay and life is much easier and the beer tastes better
Too right. I would NEVER rely on streams too watch my football. True isn't isn't even expensive now for the PL, but of course still too expensive for many of the cheap charlies that exist here.

Thanks for your in accurate comment...
Out of interest if you are not a tight budget, as you claim, why go to the efforts of starting a thread to try to find the price? Surely you would just turn up and find out on the day? That is what I would do. Hardly gonna break the bank is it.

Hope not. Why, should I be more like you? ????
Amusing myself is the only thing that keeps me sane in this boring oven of a country..
