    As far as if ever asked to prove it was earned prior to 2024 could be an issue. Employed 8 years in Qatar where there isn't any income tax and earnings were not wired to my home country but elsewhere.

    If I'm here over 180 days in 2024, can I transfer from abroad ( money earned well before 2024 ) probably in December approximately 120,000 - 150,000 baht with no issues, is that correct ?

    UOB debit cards - no fee in Thailand if the ATM has the 'ATM POOL' sticker on it their website says.

    Im now with UOB transfer from Citibank Thailand, I was told they do not have a bank passbook, anyway I use SCB for immigration. Also I understand that if you have a foreign currency account, transfers from FCD to Thai baht account has to be done at a ( any branch ) cannot online.

    30 will keep their stamp date more fresh in their minds regarding 'time to leave' most should have funds for 30 thus illegal behaviour such as begging should disappear... 30 day exempt is a good start anyway......

    Yes if you arrive October 1, 2024 you will be stamped in to your health insurance expiry date 12-31-2024 not March 5, 2025. I'm not sure on the 2nd question, you may have to start a new extension on your OA a month or so before 12-31-2024 with your new auto renewal insurance and get the full year or very close to a full year.

    Yes correct he's currently in home country with a valid OA. As you said return after OA expiry date to kill it, arrive on exemption and convert...
