I had the same issue returning from overseas, appears the Immigration system when re-entering from abroad assumes you are not returning to your registered address thus 'throwing off' your previous 90 day cycle, annoying.

Safe bet to say they ALL are.........., any way try submitting your online report with a minimum of 7 days prior to due date.......

So are you submitting online 2-3 days prior to due date and having issues ? try a minimum of 7 days prior see how that works.

I've read on Immigration website online reporting can be submitted 15-7 days prior to due date. I've never submitted online within 1 week of due date, always accepted at the 15-7 window.

Example if doing 90 day online - your 90 day due date is August 29, you can submit it online from August 15 to August 22 only.

Your OA visa expiry is Nov. 2024 I assume. If you exit and re-enter Thailand before visa expiry Nov. 24 you will get another 12 months entry providing your current health insurance is valid for 12 months at the time you re-enter Thailand otherwise you will be stamped in to the expiry of your health insurance. Yes on arrival with an OA they will ask to see your health insurance. To kill off the OA leave prior Nov. 24 and return AFTER the OA visa expiry date with a tourist visa or exempt and the extensions you can get from them, or return with a 90 day Non O e-visa from home country and continue 1 year extensions on the Non O, no health insurance required, will need a Thai bank account. You may need health insurance to apply for the Non O e-visa in home country not sure now what they are doing with that, I used my existing valid insurance from my killed off OA and got the Non O for my return a couple years ago.

Did my retirement extension this morning, I counted 7 people inside room 103 at 08:30 that has moved 10 meters since last year to the building next to the toilets. Paperwork Pre-checks done by a couple young fellows there - the usual copies PP data page, all previous extensions, last entry, selfie of yourself with house number, he asked for a google map copy of your residence - had that, all bank passbook page copies, 12 month bank statement and bank letter obtained yesterday - no issues. One other thing, to all that may have a 90 day Non O e-visa from your home country make sure you bring a copy of it every extension. Done in 45 minutes, 1900 baht, pick up passport tomorrow with the new next 90 day reporting slip. See you next year !!!!
