  1. If I'm here over 180 days in 2024, can I transfer from abroad ( money earned well before 2024 ) probably in December approximately 120,000 - 150,000 baht with no issues, is that correct ?
  2. One Bafoon picks another as a running mate, similarity breeds content......Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia........blue !!!! game over
  3. UOB debit cards - no fee in Thailand if the ATM has the 'ATM POOL' sticker on it their website says.
  4. Im now with UOB transfer from Citibank Thailand, I was told they do not have a bank passbook, anyway I use SCB for immigration. Also I understand that if you have a foreign currency account, transfers from FCD to Thai baht account has to be done at a ( any branch ) cannot online.
  5. High season longer now ? September - October torrential rains, beaches red flagged for swimming.....not that tourists adhere to the warnings......😉
  6. At 9:30am in the beer bars.........😆
  7. 30 will keep their stamp date more fresh in their minds regarding 'time to leave' most should have funds for 30 thus illegal behaviour such as begging should disappear... 30 day exempt is a good start anyway......
  8. Get your exempt entries back to 30 days........clear the trash.......
  9. Yes if you arrive October 1, 2024 you will be stamped in to your health insurance expiry date 12-31-2024 not March 5, 2025. I'm not sure on the 2nd question, you may have to start a new extension on your OA a month or so before 12-31-2024 with your new auto renewal insurance and get the full year or very close to a full year.
  10. Yes correct he's currently in home country with a valid OA. As you said return after OA expiry date to kill it, arrive on exemption and convert...
  11. Stormy would be able to give you an accurate DT odour...........
  12. 27 years old, time to tone down the worrying...........
  13. I had the same issue returning from overseas, appears the Immigration system when re-entering from abroad assumes you are not returning to your registered address thus 'throwing off' your previous 90 day cycle, annoying.
  14. Safe bet to say they ALL are.........., any way try submitting your online report with a minimum of 7 days prior to due date.......
  15. So are you submitting online 2-3 days prior to due date and having issues ? try a minimum of 7 days prior see how that works.
  16. I've read on Immigration website online reporting can be submitted 15-7 days prior to due date. I've never submitted online within 1 week of due date, always accepted at the 15-7 window.
  17. Referring to your bleedin answer to another's post where you stated "that is the main question I ask myself every single day" scroll up and have another bleedin look bob........
  18. It could be the non confrontational culture here, it's better to just smile and eat some sticky rice........
  19. Example if doing 90 day online - your 90 day due date is August 29, you can submit it online from August 15 to August 22 only.
  20. Pathetic isn't it, follow Thai law visa and extension policies and they make it a rough ride - 25,000 is better than 1900 I guess .....😉
  21. A goon squad non-elected court abolishes a party that the citizens voted for and won. Democracies should push and pressure harder than 'statements' geographically no issues....park your vessels and jets elsewhere if necessary - Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines etc.
  22. If that's the case, I'll walk in there saying "mai mee" present them with stacks of employer payslips all dated prior to 2024, then say lets carry on with my 1900 baht extension please.......
  23. Your OA visa expiry is Nov. 2024 I assume. If you exit and re-enter Thailand before visa expiry Nov. 24 you will get another 12 months entry providing your current health insurance is valid for 12 months at the time you re-enter Thailand otherwise you will be stamped in to the expiry of your health insurance. Yes on arrival with an OA they will ask to see your health insurance. To kill off the OA leave prior Nov. 24 and return AFTER the OA visa expiry date with a tourist visa or exempt and the extensions you can get from them, or return with a 90 day Non O e-visa from home country and continue 1 year extensions on the Non O, no health insurance required, will need a Thai bank account. You may need health insurance to apply for the Non O e-visa in home country not sure now what they are doing with that, I used my existing valid insurance from my killed off OA and got the Non O for my return a couple years ago.
