What? This has nothing to do with those who can't get the jabs. Just those who refuse for ridiculous reasons or help spread the propaganda that they are bad. It's a terrible situation for many who don't have access. With that being said, one of the main reasons people are not getting the jabs in South Africa is misinformation. All the BS misinformation we see in the West, they see the same, and worse. The only way to get these people vaccinated is via incentives. Positive or negative. But that's about all we have to end this pandemic and stop the mutations. Not appropriate to digress about those with underlying conditions. Not all of them are based on weight or diet. Some are hereditary.

When we got our boosters, they said you could access them in the Mor Phrom app in a few weeks. But I don't have Mor Phrom as I got my initial jabs in the US. So...they gave us a paper copy.

I prefer an independent report on their performance. So, no. I've not read their report. Kinda like reading an assessment of Ford by the CEO. Right....a bit biased.

I don't insinuate, it's a proven fact. And yes, this is a social media outlet. Luckily, the mods here do a fantastic job of removing misinformation. A sitting president? You mean Trump who lied about 100 times a day! Best thing that happened to the world, banning his lies from social media.

Best way around this is for those who are not vaccinated to take the extra precautions. Have them avoid social contact. Makes a lot of sense and many nations are moving forward with this. No jab, stay home.

OMG. Terrible anyone would think like that. Horrible. Went with my Thai wife. She got the same doc. We got it at the Thai PBS building where they are doing boosters in conjunction with Thonburi Health Group. If you have your data on Morprom, you'll have access via that. I don't as we got our initial shots overseas. Pfizer.

Misinformation? Hardly. Vaccines do stop transmission. Just not 100%. Better than not being jabbed. Highly vaccinated countries are experiencing high infection rates. But! They aren't ending up in the hospital or dying like before. Why? The vaccines. Never told anyone to let their guard down. I'm boosted with Pfizer. Still mask up, avoid indoor spaces and social distance as much as possible. Not much else I can do.

There's the problem. Your natural immune system isn't the best option. People who think like this are extending the pandemic and putting the lives of those around them at risk. And it's got nothing to do with age. This has nothing to do with MSM messaging. It's all about the science. And yes, the unvaccinated are the main spreaders of covid now. That's a proven fact.

I know several that have tested positive recently. All were allowed to quarantine at home. Seems the big problem is if you test positive on arrival. But not while you are here. Unless very sick of course. The Thai government is actually telling you to just stay home if you have coivd and it's not severe.

Some friends had a family Xmas get together in Europe. 25 people or so. All were required to get tested before coming. Just to make sure and not infect each other. Makes sense.
