I'm pretty sure that Anutin's family (Sino-Thai Eng & Construction) are heavily involved in this high speed rail link.
Heavily involved ? Nothing is going on besides appointing committee after committee.

Cartagena Colombia.
Or Santa Marta but less of the kind of nightlife it sounds you want.
Rules are doable.
And the chicks are lovely.

LOL, If you don't know what a Tesla is you must not read the news or business or technology.
I know very well what a Tesla is because I drive one but a Telsa I've never heard of. Besides it's not your business what I read or not.????

I have a very nice portfolio but I always rent or use taxi services just to save money and the hassle of owning a car.
In the USA I have a Telsa and I would never consider owning a luxury ICE again as it is just a money drain.
Telsa, new make ? Or to much Chang ?

I have the pleasure to offer without engagement 4 pcs 2nd hands F-104 Starfighter in good condition without warheads.
Offers can be made on this blog, not below US $ 10million each.

Red top papers refers to British newspapers that concentrate on lurid stories of sex and scandal. Not regarded as particularly factual.
They like to portray Pattaya as worse than Sodom or Gommoroh.
Thank you, never to old to learn but isn't the real name GommorAh ?

It's not. No red lights on Walking St. People that say Walking Street is a red light district IMO have no more idea of the reality other than what they read in red top newspapers.
You mean communist newspapers ?

If you are in a country, you follow the law
Of that country, why there should be an exception? Like If you have a freedom of speech in states, doesnt mean you have it here in Thailand as well. Djokovic's has right to be not vaccinated. Australia has right to decide if they accept it or not. Only it should have been handled better, not give someone visa and later rescind due to public pressure.
No one gets a granted visa, it's always subject to approval and it's granted once the IO stamps your passport on arrival.

I don't see walking street as any special, why is it? And I doubt Walking street is well known out there in the world among people who never visited Pattaya.
Red light district In Amsterdam and Reperbanen is well-known in the world, even for those who never visiting either the cities or any other interest in the country or P4P
You're 100 % right.????

I bet they slowly rebuild and renovate the place. May take a couple of years but it will come back at some point.

Yes, this is really the crux of it.
None of the businesses are really invested in you having a successful experience either.
The airline is happy to take your money for not flying you, the insurance is happy to insure you for a trip you never take and the hotel really makes bank, they're happy for you not to stay in a room and pay them for PCR tests that are never taken.
In other words, stay at home or go to another country.

Yes, the culture here is deep. Between the temples and the puppet shows, one does not know where to visit next.
I prefer the street culture. The food stalls, the bars and all the other stuff Prayuth and his goons are trying to erase.
So do I.
