Places which could be busy are (Soi 18) Lucky Bar and Blue Marlin Bar. Also the Nina Bar (between Soi 18 and the roundabout has usual some customers. Don't expect too much, but you can have fun....

Looks like this tower is in Pattaya behind the 'the Zign Hotel', Soi 12 off Naklua Road. -
Try 'Boy Air And Sound' on Sukhumvit Road. Have been there been quite a few times a had a good service. For whatever reason I cannot paste the google maps link. So please do a search on 'boy air and sound pattaya'.
