Can I suggest something sweet like chocolates ? I presented this to my female dentist and her two female assistants after an extensive treatment. Bought three 'boxes', one bigger and two slightly smaller (whereas the biggest was of course for the dentist). It was all very well received and I made friends for the rest of my life.

Had a problem with one of my teeth when in Nangrong (near Buriram). Went to the locsl6 dental smile clinic to make an appointment. Learned that there is no 'appointment system' (just wait for your turn). When looking around I counted (at least) 40 people in the waiting room....

Online notification of TM 30

Did this last Tuesday (alone). No problem at all. Make sure you have copies and bring this to the information desk. A lady will staple the lot including a tm30 form (which does not need to be completed) and bring the papers to the opposite building. Hand in and after e few minutes you get your passport back including stamped tm30 slip. The whole procedure took almost the same time as I am writing this contribution. Have fun.... -

There is noting wrong with the sauna- and steam cabin. It's spacy and the temperatures are oke. The rest maybe outdated but you can get where you come for: a pleasant sauna time.

Or buy two adjacent rooms and transform those to one unit. That will give space for bathroom, kitchen etc.

Does not matter renting or owning. Once working, the system works perfectly. If you want to terminate just tell BKK Bank and the deduction stops. Or in case of moving inform the PEA on this. Have done this already a number of times for a variety of condo's and houses and BKK Bank has every time promptly taken action.

With some creativity and perseverance you can set up an automatic payment with PEA. Setting up is somewhat cumbersome. Go the the PEA office and tell them that you want to 'cut bank' for the monthly bill. You get a form that needs to be completed by your bank. So go to the bank and have it filled in and signed and go back to PEA. From that moment om payments go flawlessly (assuming a positive balance). Have fun....
