  1. Because it was a setup. There were plenty of suggestions to increase security but they were turned down.
  2. Stephen Miller is itching to take up his post to lead the final solution. Forget about those pesky due process rules.
  3. He cannot be prosecuted for official acts, not just being the President. Stealing documents that were supposed to be stored in a secure facility is not an official act, President or not. They will give a little leeway in the White House but in no sense is Mar A Largo a secure facility. Especially is public spaces like the theatre.
  4. To really do it right, a constitutional amendment is needed. All citizens over 18 shall be required to vote on or prior to designated election days.
  5. Something to consider. None of the above is not very effective but ranked voting is gaining traction.
  6. Where did I say that? I sad it is already the law and is already enforced.
  7. Facing conviction in New York and Trials in Georgia, Michigan and Arizona.
  8. I think the instigators are going to prison.
  9. Or D. None of the above.
  10. It was for falsification of record to disrupt the election, so it is both. How do you think the espionage case is going to go?
  11. And then they limit access to IDs. In Texas, I tried to add voter registration during my license renewal. There was not room on the form to write in my Anglo name. There is no way that any Hispanic could do it with their double names. This is a way that they restrict voting for minorities.
  12. I would love to hear the GQP screams about all citizen over 18 having to vote. What is wrong with everyone eligible to vote, actually doing it?
  13. They are not, it has already been done. There is no need for additional laws and agencies to do what has been done for two hundred years.
  14. Two reasons 1. It is unneeded as it is already being done. 2> It includes additional clauses to disrupt elections and voter rolls.
  15. You are really digging deep for this semantic argument. He was convicted of election fraud in New York. He was convicted of financial fraud for Trump-U and his phony charity. He was convicted of financial fraud in Hew York for phony valuation. He stole the money and will be heading to prison. He also stole astounding quantities of government documents and property. He will be going to prison some more for that one as well. His only goal in running for president is to corruptly dismiss his own cases.
  16. The problem is that the bill includes additional vigilante wording allowing any anyone to challenge anyone's right to vote. It would create chaos and remove millions of voters. I have a better plan that they use in Australia. Every citizen is automatically registered and you get fined for not voting. They also make election day a holiday.
  17. It is already being done, what part don't you understand?
  18. Another ignorant fake bill to address a non-issue. Trump is trying for a shutdown so he can try and blame Democrats for the border after scuttling the first bipartisan border bill in decades. It is already illegal for non-citizens to vote. They already have checks in place.
  19. On what grounds? Presidential immunity for ignoring subpoenas after leaving office? Good luck with that.
  20. You are the one talking about being aroused by Trump. Knock yourself out.
  21. You may not be able to follow a thread but everyone else can.
  22. Maybe not but he will be sentenced to prison, it would not surprise me if the traitors on the supreme court suspended the sentence but he will be sentenced to prison.
  23. Wierd? Too nice a word, I prefer Criminal. More descriptive and more accurate. If you are going to use that thing, make sure to clean up the diaper first.
  24. The minimum applies at the time of sentencing, before the appeals start. Donnie could easily be feeding worms at Bedminster by the time he actually has to report, but then again, that case does not lend itself to appeal. The facts are too blatant and obvious.
