We have given the hotels on our ASQ/ALQ booking request platform the ability to publish prices for the upcoming 10 Day, and 7 Day (vaccinated) packages.
Please visit https://asq.in.th to see them.
We expect the rest of the hotels to update their prices this week. -
As it stands the ability to apply for this extension will no longer be possible after March 30th.
We have yet to hear of any information that states otherwise, which is why we advise applying for one BEFORE March 31st to avoid any potential complications. If we do hear anything that states applications will be allowed after March 30th we will be sure to post an update (like last time).
(also yes the OP has picked a very misleading title)- 1

We are happy to announce the family of 5 that ASIM scammed into paying him directly to his bank account arrived a few days ago, and is going through quarantine right now at their ALQ hotel in Pattaya. The total amount he took from them was 207,000 THB.
Unfortunately we were unable to recover any of the money that ASIM stole, and decided to cover all of the expenses out of pocket for this situation if the client allowed us to push the travel date. He however opted to rush the case, and assisted us with some of the ALQ fees. We did everything in our power to expedite the travel of his family from Malaysia to Thailand (insurance, visas, and accommodation).
While this whole event has been very upsetting for everyone, it also has been very eyeopening, and we will continue to improve our security, and process to ensure that our internal security is just as good as our external security.
If we have lost any trust with this fiasco we hope to earn it back.- 1

look at his face, I wouldn't give him 10 THB to buy street food ????
That photo was taken after he was on the run for 65 hours.
I assure you he did not look like this when we hired him. -

He was from Pakistan not like it makes a difference.
We did a background check, checked his last employer/references, and even verified his attendance at Assumption University (ABAC).
He even had internal references... No one could have guessed.
Unfortunately we have to change our whole process to take into account that no one can be trusted.
Normally knowing that everything is logged is enough to prevent employees from making horrible decisions like this.
It's a very sad state of affairs, and this has caused us to double down on internal security.- 5

This is also possible if you used our ASQ Hotels services.
Initially we were unsure of how much he potentially had access to, and had to notify everyone while he was on the run to prevent him from potentially scamming them.
You should not receive any further communication.- 5

However, I have never used their services or requested information from them, so the bigger question is how they received my e-mail address. Could the TV site have given it to them since they are an advertiser or do they have a mining program embedded on TV to funnel our personal information to them?
Please send us an email, and we will try to figure out origin.
We have heavily advertised over the many years, and offer referral programs.
Subject: "Email Trace".
Also we emailed everyone in our contact list I think on March 10th to notify everyone so we could determine exactly what he was doing. So if you had any prior communication with us you would have received this email.- 7

To me, having a random laundry service picking up clothing from someone in quarantine seems undesirable anyway. There must surely be, at least, a small risk of Covid infection escaping quarantine through such a procedure. Presumably, the laundry service inside a quarantine hotel would have training and processes to ameliorate the risks of picking up and handling clothing of potentially infected guests. This would not be true of a random laundry picked from the Internet.
Here is a list of 8 hotels with a washing machine, and a balcony.

At least you had laundry service. My ASQ hotel (name withheld) closed the laundry months ago and didn't think to compile and maintain a list of local services that can pick up and deliver. And, of course, they didn't advise guests. Imagine being fresh off the plane, first time in Thailand, trying to schedule a laundry service pickup at an ASQ hotel without speaking Thai.

ThaiVisaCentre really need to correct their mailing address as both on their website and FB page they use ''Bangkok 10540'' as the postal code whereas the correct postal code is ''Samut Prakan.''
Our mailing address isThai Visa Centre THE PRETIUM BANGNA 91/11 Moo.15 Bangna-trat Rd. Tambon Bang Kaeo, Amphoe Bang Phli Chang Wat Samut Prakan 10540
In the past google/facebook was not accepting our address submission without submitting it the way you have mentioned.
We have tried to make another edit request.
But please before sending any documents to our office confirm with our staff, as we always send the proper mailing address before accepting the case.- 1

A) The prices you mention do not sound like our current rates under standard circumstances (the price you mention is close to 30% higher than what we actually charge).
B) Please share an agent that offers better prices, and a higher level of service ????
C) You can google around, and you will quickly see that 99% of our REAL customers are extremely happy with all of our visa services.
Here are a few things that sets our agency apart from other Thai Visa agents- Around the clock support (weekends, holidays, off hours)
- Live application tracking (with realtime notifications)
- 100% Refund if we do not successfully obtain the visa
-
We monitor all important dates for ALL of our clients, and send reminders out when these dates are nearing.
- Passport expiration date
- Visa expiration date
- Next 90 day report due date
To sum it up, I have to assume you are just making a troll post, and have nothing constructive to say.
We try our best to offer the best services/solutions to allow expats to stay in Thailand, and enjoy their lives long term as stress free as possible.- 5

I saw that too... It looks like they have !!....
Very interested in any response which show ASQ hotels which have a good cancellation policy (other than Agoda).
Currently, outside of a Agoda very few seem to offer a full refund if you can’t travel due to receiving a positive test result the day before the flight into Thailand.
Agoda’s free cancellation up to the day before offers great piece of mind, however Agoda has about 30 of the ASQ’s not the full list we see on thaiest.com
Please use our filters (the gold button in the bottom right), these hotels offer small deposits.
https://asq.in.th/?selectedFeaturesFilter=Small Deposit
Also some hotels do offer policies where you can move the date at any time, but there is no full refund outside of agoda.- 1

Pre-covid I booked a stay at Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort. It was to be an expensive luxury break. I have tried to resurrect the trip but get no replies as it now appears on the above list. They have my money but are not giving me what I paid for - is this Thainess?Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort
Very sorry to hear this, we have heard some hotels providing credit.
We only provide the the booking inquiry platform, and are not really involved with any of the hotels pre-covid behavior.

Finally does anyone have any recommendations for the ASQ hotel?
Can you be a little big more specific in what you need from the ASQ hotel?
You can start your initial search on our ASQ Hotels directory, and use some filters to drill down on something that makes the most sense.
Once you have found one you can try joining a few facebook ASQ groups, and ask about the hotel you have decided upon to ensure that there are no unwanted surprises. -

1 hour ago, Orton Rd said:That's the problem as I see it, once you start with a visa agent you are stuck with them for 90 days, TM 30 and re entry visas as the extension is from a provincial immigration office you do not reside in. Surely using your actual office after getting an extension from elsewhere is going to cause questions?
We handle 90 day reporting through our own system, which is extremely convenient for our clients.
But in the event someone wishes to break out of using an agent they should be able to file a TM30, and then report on their own.
For certain types of visas we may be able to process it at your local area but additional fees may be required. By default we try to offer the least expensive option to stay.
1 hour ago, Orton Rd said:I emailed them and asked them if they could do mine in the province I live in.
Our staff should respond to your individual question, also for the fastest response you can try reaching out to us via LINE.- 2

I don't know if true or not but I've just heard that sometime in the past retirement visa renewals through TVC were taking a long time.
What is the current average times for retirement visa renewals after payment is made?
Renewals for yearly retirement visas are currently taking us around 1 week.
Which is slower than our previous 3 day processing, but this is due to how many cases we have to handle.
We do offer rush processing, but you will need to request it.- 1

I have checked a few hotels, all want full price for our 5/6 year old son, some will give a small discount as he is Thai likewise his Mother but none based on his age ?
Some hotels do provide discounts for young children (under 10).
You can try looking into this one:
https://asq.in.th/asq-thailand-hotels/centara-watergate-pavillion-hotel-bangkok
We tried searching through the free-text descriptions.
I think we need to do some sort of structured policy’s where we need the hotels to complete, and then we could provide advanced filtering on these types of conditions as well.
