To the OP
That price is on the high-end of the spectrum if your last visa was a non-immigrant / yearly extension.
Make sure not to do the 30 day extension, and attempt to do the 1 year directly.

But the more information I have up to that point, the better it is.
Can I even do a 90 day report outside of my "home province"?
No, which is why you needed to do the TM30 first.
But most agents can help you with both.
All agents are the busiest they have ever been, as too many people have waited until the last minute to sort out their situations.
At least you have a visa, and they only thing you are worrying about is a small fine (which is probably why the agent is not prioritizing you).- 3

He states he has already. But the person won't return his call.
The maximum fine for late reporting is 2,000 THB.
It is possible that his agent is just simply too busy, and the officers he is approaching are understandably not in the best mood during this week.
Maybe try showing up at his office instead.- 2

Contact the agent you used to obtain your visa.
They should be able to help you, and should have been your first point of contact.- 6

I got my 30 days today so wish to apply for a Non Im O marriage visa. Please can you now disclose how much you will charge for this?
Please send our staff a LINE message.
At the moment I would have to assume you have a new under consideration stamp, so please send the related stamps over there as well. -

Is that also for people with valid 60 & 30 day tourist extensions WITHOUT an embassy letter?
If you have done a recent 30/60 day extension that gives us 15+ days to work with then it is still possible to do the non-o visa directly on top of that extension.
There are still options, but the process would change because you simply don't have the required time anymore.
Send us a message on LINE (@thaivisacentre), and we can see what we can do for you- 1

We are currently not 100% sure how the 30 day visa will be treated after this month (other than applying for additional 30 day extensions via embassy letter).

Thanks for helping so many of us. Let people see how much you are charging for these visas. How much for a Non Imm O, the initial three month one?
We can no longer assist with conversion from TR/Arrival/Voa entry into 3 month non-o directly anymore.

Today was the last day we were able to submission for 3-month non-o volunteer directly from amnesty.
Hopefully everyone has already sorted everything out.
We still can assist with yearly extensions if you had a non-immigrant, or yearly extension before you ended up on amnesty.
But you will lose this ability to apply directly for a 1 year extension from amnesty at the end of this week. -

Seriously?
Sometimes in extreme cases like this I try to help as much as possible... I did not promote anything in that message other than see if I could put in a good word for you.
But as they say, no good deed goes unpunished. -

Why, can't you
You need to go to your embassy, and have them issue you a letter supporting your reason for an extension.
But you should have done this weeks ago... It may still be possible, but you need to hurry.- 1

Still possible with some agents, but it's more expensive because it now needs to be severely rushed.
Contact an agent that can assist you and rush to their offices...- 2

Anybody knows if they will help next week after 22nd ?
It would entirely depend on your situation.
Just know that agent options will get greatly reduced the less time you give them.
Anyone that is currently here on amnesty, and their last visa was a tourist visa/exempt entry, or visa on arrival should be sorted things out already. We know some people are still wishing for an extension of amnesty for 30/60 days, but it's honestly not worth the risk at this point.
Waiting until the 22nd is not smart if your intention is to stay long term especially if you have not yet secured a 30 day visa extension through an embassy letter.- 2

simple answer---- if there is one
Earlier this year I went to my Udon Thani Immigration to renew the extension for my Retirement Visa and during the process an officer told me that the first extension,in my passport was an O and the rest have been OA's (4 of them) in my Passport. Now--- I have been getting my extensions(with no problems) on the 800,000bt in the bank system but now I have to have medical insurance, but for 16,000bt he could somehow ?? waiver that and I got my extension, but told me I would have to go through the same procedure(hoop) next year. I would be grateful for your comments and your help to get out of this position I am in------I am unable, because of my age to get insurance.
Your best option currently would be to wait until next year, and hopefully the borders are open try to apply for a non-o based on retirement at an embassy that will issue them.
But it is hard to know what the future will be like in terms of traveling into Thailand, for example will we still need covid health insurance in a years time.- 3

The OP is correct unfortunately.
We are hoping that they start to allow other long term visa classes to enter Thailand next month.
But if you are married, just make sure you have your marriage certificate with you and you can apply for a marriage visa outside of Thailand.
We do not understand why they cannot just allow them to show the marriage certificate, or proof of child, and enter under retirement. But this is how they are currently enforcing it.

It would depend on what visa you are coming from.
If you are saying that you would like to apply for volunteer while officially under overstay the answer is NO.- 2

By next week an agent can't do anything for you anymore. Most have already stopped accepting any customers since middle of last week (prior to the Sep 11 cutoff).
Next week there are a few agents that can still help, but you are 100% correct that he is late.
For some cases we honestly don't know when the cutoff date will be but it is approaching very quickly.
Also some options may be off the table, and others may be more expensive to expedite.
Everyone should have sorted our their visa situations by now, if their intention was to stay past September 26th ????.- 2

We get at least 20 people commenting on our advertisements every day saying that amnesty will be extended.
The truth is no one knows, and currently the chances of that happening seem extremely slim. Most of everyone that could submit for an extension of stay has already done so, or at least got the ball rolling.
There is still time to contact your embassy for letter (if they are issuing them), but from what we have heard as long as you have a letter right now the chances of approval is very high (but this could change if you wait too long). As for agents, there are still a few good agencies that can help you, but your options will probably be reduced by next week.
If all else fails you will be on overstay, and you may do this up to 90 days without any serious penalties, other than the maximum fine of 20,000 THB if you don't cause any problem (currently).
So if you only need to stay here for 1-3 months then you shouldn't be concerned, but if you actually live here long term... Please stop waiting for an amnesty extension, it is simply not worth the risk at this point.- 3

Volunteer visa question
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Posted
The 1 year volunteer visa does not require 90 day border bounces, it would only require you to do 90 day reporting (which some agents can assist you with as well).
