Is that also for people with valid 60 & 30 day tourist extensions WITHOUT an embassy letter?

If you have done a recent 30/60 day extension that gives us 15+ days to work with then it is still possible to do the non-o visa directly on top of that extension.

There are still options, but the process would change because you simply don't have the required time anymore.

Send us a message on LINE (@thaivisacentre), and we can see what we can do for you

  2. Today was the last day we were able to submission for 3-month non-o volunteer directly from amnesty.

Hopefully everyone has already sorted everything out.

We still can assist with yearly extensions if you had a non-immigrant, or yearly extension before you ended up on amnesty.

But you will lose this ability to apply directly for a 1 year extension from amnesty at the end of this week.

Is this part of your forum?

Real savior "angel" promoting corruption solution via pm.

I can see enough adds in here already.

    Seriously?

Sometimes in extreme cases like this I try to help as much as possible... I did not promote anything in that message other than see if I could put in a good word for you.

But as they say, no good deed goes unpunished.

Anybody knows if they will help next week after 22nd ?

It would entirely depend on your situation.

Just know that agent options will get greatly reduced the less time you give them.

Anyone that is currently here on amnesty, and their last visa was a tourist visa/exempt entry, or visa on arrival should be sorted things out already.

We know some people are still wishing for an extension of amnesty for 30/60 days, but it's honestly not worth the risk at this point.

Waiting until the 22nd is not smart if your intention is to stay long term especially if you have not yet secured a 30 day visa extension through an embassy letter.

  5. The OP is correct unfortunately.

We are hoping that they start to allow other long term visa classes to enter Thailand next month.

But if you are married, just make sure you have your marriage certificate with you and you can apply for a marriage visa outside of Thailand.

We do not understand why they cannot just allow them to show the marriage certificate, or proof of child, and enter under retirement.

But this is how they are currently enforcing it.
