Don't kill the messenger, I know it sounds stupid but this is the current law in Thailand.
I've luckily found a seller for Dynavap in Thailand on FB.
I'm still not sure if that is considered "vaping" as it does not use e-liquid / juice or even concentrates.
This is actually one the healthiest ways to consume cannabis without eating it.
I think Dynavap has found a loophole as it is not powered by any battery, and has no internal heating process.- 2

I would personally use seeds from these Dutch experts.
https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/content/230-cannabis-seeds-in-thailand
This is a legitimate seller.
At the moment I would only purchase exotic strains from established sellers like- seedsman.com
- 2fast4buds.com
- royalqueenseeds.com
Also if you are trying to by from a seller not listed above you can try to check their Domain Authority backlink profile here:
https://ahrefs.com/backlink-checker
If they score above 50 they are most likely a well known seller.
I am mentioning this because there are thousands of online seed sellers, but they suffer from the same types of scams.- 1

With the current defamation laws in place, did you really expect the agency to be named?
This did not stop the "online news outlets" from spreading false information about our agency.
Even after everything was proved to be false, and all our clients were 100% fine most outlets did not do any retraction, and at best they made a little comment mentioning that it was not true.
The only outlet we found that did any actual investigative research was Bangkok Post, and they did not cover the story due lack of verifiable information.
As for this particular case I am not sure about any of the details, and do not have any direct comment about it.
News outlets do have a decent level of protection from defamation (depending on how they sourced their information).- 1

I have posted something similar in the past, but I guess this is a good time to repost it.
When looking for a visa agent you must do a little due diligence to ensure that they are legitimate.
I would advise to do the following things
- Lookup their social media accounts, and check reviews, and creation dates
- Find their website, and do a WHOIS lookup to ensure that the domain is at least a few years old
- Check their google maps review score, and make sure to look at the oldest review, and review date patterns
- Ask a fellow long term expat as they may be able to tell you if they have even heard of the agent
- Check if their LINE account is a personal account (personal accounts will not have a badge next to them, and do not start with a @ symbol)
-
If they have an official LINE account check their follower count which can give an indication of how many people they are in contact with. (also the light color badge means it is an unverified official account, and the dark color badge means company has been verified by the LINE team)
These above things can be also used to determine the legitimacy of not only a visa agent but other businesses.
Finally if it sounds too good to be true, then please proceed cautiously.

Lots of scams going on around seeds.
Make sure to buy from a trusted sellers / provider.
Hemp seeds are commonly sold off as other seeds in these types of scams, and by the time you know you got scammed its been months usually.
If you're buying seeds for exotic strains for cheap you are likely not buying what you are being advertised.
The seed is the last thing you should skimp out on ????

You must leave the country using the same passport country you entered on.
If you attempt to leave on the other passport they will not have proper record of entry, and it will create many issues for you.- 2

We also offer UK passport renewal services as well, just PM our team.
As mentioned by @blackshadow the advertised fees for the renewals is a service fee, and the application process has its own fees associated with it depending on the passport size.

I have only started looking into the legal aspects of cannabis in Thailand in the last few days out of curiosity.
I have a question for those who know more about it. Is hashish considered an extract over 0.2%? I believe it is made of pressed cannabis resin. Therefore it is not strictly speaking an extract like cannabis oil. However, it hasn't appeared on any of the dispensary price lists I have seen which leads me to think it might be considered an extract. The resin in Thailand may just be left with the buds to increase their potency.
Yes, this is extract.
If you are "extracting" anything from the plant into a concentrated form it falls under the 0.2% rule.

The TM6 has been removed? News to me. We had to fill them in last week on Thai Airways when returning to Bangkok from UK.
Just was announced today, not sure how they are going to roll that change out though as it is still required for a few visa related tasks.

Let's get some concern about the Thai Pass!!!!????
The Thai Pass has already been greatly improved, and with the temporary removal of the TM6 card I doubt they will do away with it anytime soon, even with all the pushback.

This is all illegal in Thailand as it is a Category 5 Narcotic, and may still be extracted with the proper licenses, and/or for export but for use to infuse into other things at the 0.2%.
Stay away from anything in the picture above if you wish to follow the laws of Thailand.
You can find those things easily available in California for example, but keep in mind that cannabis in the US is behind Thailand as it is Federally illegal still. It will be very interesting to see how the market in Thailand evolves especially considering they have not imposed any rules, and seem to be letting the dust settle before doing so.

There is currently no regulation on potency of weed/cannabis.
However extracts from cannabis containing more than 0.2% THC is still a Category 5 Narcotic.
Theres a ton of confusion around this topic, but here is an example of what the 0.2% rule applies to
The reason being is that all extracts can possibly consist of 100% THC, as it is a concentrated form and extremely strong.
Concentrates also can be easily infused into food, and drinks as well which has its own sets of potency rules.
As it currently stands theres nothing wrong with planting a high THC strain of cannabis.
Also it's worth noting that medical/therapeutic uses are not exclusive to CBD, and extend to THC as well.I look forward to better regulation on labeling, and what is inside the actual products, and if they were grown by a licensed grower, as well as what products were used during cultivation (like pesticides).

I see on FWD web site that their payment system does not show the use of Australian Visa or Master Card or payment by Australian debit card, I would appreciate any information, that these cards are accepted for payment of FWD insurance thanks , Regards Popa
I do not think they will accept international debit card payments, but you can try.
It would be easier to just pay with credit card as it does work.
We commonly see payment issues with US cards because many do not support 3D Secure.- 1

Why? unless you drink alcohol in excess.
Agree one can still buy the tried and tested pressed ganja at 3,000b for 100gram. ie 30baht a gram.
This is not what these shops are selling.
What is on the market now legally is high quality product which can be used to medicate.
What you are speaking about is usually full of seeds, possibly full of chemicals, rot, and has been in storage for years. ( read more about it )
The two cannot be compared ????

But don’t smoke and drive and have an accident. That will be DUI.
What they have done is left a loophole in the law and cops and courts will not touch it. They have been told not to touch it.
Next is to tax Cannabis, but that’s the next phase. ????
There multiple test kits which CAN test the THC level for dry flower example:
As for testing urine this is possible as well
That being said there are currently no limits on flower, as long as you do not extract it to make a concentrate. There also is no law on how much you can have in your body.
The intention of the legalization was for medicinal use, and as multiple sources have stated not recreational use. (there are many medicinal reasons why someone would use cannabis).

What exactly does, "Fully Vaccinated", mean?

You could of been a little clearer in what you meant. Just saying a vaccine passport is not need could lead to some confusion. Some people call a vaccination certificate a vaccine passport.
Understand.
In Thailand there is the "vaccine certificate", and then you can get a "vaccine passport". I just wanted to make it clearer that they do not need the "passport" version of the certificate.
Any official document which states vaccine type, and the date of the doses, as well as your name should be enough. -
2 minutes ago, ubonjoe said:
Any official proof of vaccine it fine.
Should not be confused with a vaccine passport. Also you can now travel unvaccinated to Thailand with only a professionally administered ATK test as long as you have the supporting document from the test facility (within 72 hours of departure).
-
To travel into Thailand you do NOT need a vaccine passport.
The only requirement is Visa (or exempt), and a Thailand Pass (which requires insurance).
Since June 1st they updated the Thailand Pass approval process to only take a few hours.
