In Udon Thani can only get Ultracet tramadol/ paracetamol in the hospitals (cha ching). I've tried the pharmacies. Found most of the tramadol from the pharmacies to be fake. That's been my experience.

I gave up looking in TH for size 14-1/2 so went the Amazon (cha ching cha ching) route. Maybe Dumbshxts tariffs will help in the future.
