Hi lorry, being an ex athlete myself I understand your thought process on this. But first you'll have to strengthen the knee to be able to cycle or cross train, and as mania said swimming is the best for of non load bearing excercise, if you go to a pool and swim hard for 1 HR that's an overall body workout and in that time you may swim 1 mile. Be patient with rehab don't force the issue. Good luck mate

Hi dodger, I have two accounts with passbooks here with the Bangkok bank. A savings account and a foreign currency account. When I need a letter for immigration for extension it is no problems at all. It may seem alittle ancient compared to the west but it works very well

Thankx for the replies guys, however I am unable to work from ladders or scaffolding and I have no way of lifting the window into place as it's 6 ft from the middle landing inside the house The window size long ways is approx 8ft X 4.5 ft. From the outside you would need scaffolding at 5 metres. And at least 3 mtrs inside. That's why my original question was about window makers not a lecture on window fitting

Well Jimmy I did two shipments to Thailand from Scotland. guitars, amplifier's, general personal goods never had a reject as all was stated on my customs declaration. I've since bought golf clubs and things some have been caught others havent, I know guys that shipped furniture and stuff like a container full and was charged 20000 baht.once I even brought a Martin d38 acoustic worth £1600 as hand luggage with no worries

Try just simply resetting your network settings, there could be a simple conflict between your VPN and your browser. You will however have to reinstall your VPN. I had a similar issue with my windows 10 genuine software and I had to go to the Microsoft website to update manually and it took about 3 hrs.

I note you have windows issue, I had similar last year where mine stopped updating completly, genuine software. I had to manually update through the windows web site. A simple fix to try us reset your network settings, through windows system, as you use a VPN you will have to reinstall that I think. I use Windows 10 and firefox and they don't always run dead smoothly together only in my opinion.

I had a similar problem with windows 10 last year where it's license expired and I would not update at all. Couldn't really get past the error messages but that code looks familiar. I had to down load the updates from Microsoft website manually and it took a good 3 hrs but it did solve the updating and issues accordingly
