  1. You have admitted that Trump lies, so what's your point in saying the same about Biden?
  2. Fani Willis relationship with Mr. Wade began a year after he was hired. If you have to lie to make Trump points, clearly Trump is in trouble.
  3. Absolutely. Any legal filing where Fani Willis has lied would be illegal. To date, that is not the issue that Mike Roman is contesting. He is just complaining about their relationship. So, please, provide the statute that supports his complaint.
  4. Let me ask you a question: If they had had a one night stand, would that be sufficient to disqualify her? If they had had a one night stand and he bought her dinner, would that be sufficient for disqualification? How about two nights? At what level of the relationship is disqualification merited? Spoiler alert: this is a legal issue, so you need to refer to legal statutes.
  5. Spewing personal attacks against Biden over and over may release your frustrations, but won't convince anyone. If Biden has dementia, why is the stock market booming, inflation down, and US manufacturing on the rise? Why couldn't Trump bring manufacturing jobs to the US?
  6. Splitting expenses with a co-worker on a trip is illegal? Please provide the legal statute that informs your opinion.
  7. Back in 2015, Jeb Bush and Carly Fiorina were riding high in the polls.
  8. Can you back up your opinion by showing early polls being accurate in previous presidential campaigns? Spoiler alert: early polls are useless.
  9. Siena College conducts polls for the NY Times. https://scri.siena.edu/2020/11/01/the-new-york-times-siena-college-battleground-polls-arizona-florida-pennsylvania-wisconsin/ https://scri.siena.edu/2020/10/20/the-new-york-times-siena-college-national-poll-biden-leads-trump-50-41/ No 4% leads for Trump.
  10. Did you just discover that? https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/pollster-ratings/ Of course, all polls this early in the election are almost worthless.
  11. Are you arguing that early polls have predictive value?
  12. This trial seems to be the next one up. I don't know how the presidential immunity gambit by Trump impacts this case, however.
  13. To be clear: nothing in the current accusations impacts Trump's right to a fair trial. My feeling is that Wade needs to resign to defuse the PR issue, however. If he could be replaced.
  14. The question is why go through this exercise? Is it possible that some corrupt types were trying to avoid passing the required funds higher up the food chain? Or, is it the case that The Powers That Be have to periodically sacrifice one of their own to appease the public?
  15. Unless you can cite a law that was broken by Fani Willis, Trump is still on track to be tried and convicted in this case.
  16. Nathan Wade was not in a relationship with Fani Willis when she hired him.
  17. There is no scenario where Trump is in jail in November. It's unlikely that Trump will be convicted by November, except in the Manhattan case, and nobody will care about that. Even if convicted, Trump would likely get probation, as a first time offender. The rest of the cases will be tried after Trump loses in November. And nobody will really care.
