Your old PP is cancelled as soon as you receive your new one so best to do it ASAP In saying that I waited around 3 weeks to transfer my stamp over last time ( couldn't be bothered to go to Immigration) and Immigration didn't say anything about the delay

I used to sell online and sent numerous packages daily via Thai post for 15 years My experience of different countries pre covid was as follows UK France 7 - 15 days normally, now and again up to 25 days Eastern Europe 20 - 40 days South America, really do not bother, 3 months or packages just lost Canada, stopped sending there after packages were taking up to 3 months to arrive, this was down to Canada Customs holding them, not just ones sent from Thailand but from numerous countries USA 20 - 40 days

They are closing PERSONAL accounts, if you run a business from here or indeed any country you need a BUSINESS account with PayPal. Those who are a legitimate business will have no issues in complying with the new requirements
