    More houses on the market again, demand seems to be declining. Also less Russians on the road. I disagree with the op. I'm sure many are here to stay, but the total volume seems to be declining. Also less Russian tourists it seems, more Chinese though. Same same but different.

    I seriously know there is something wrong with the system when someone who is liable for a payment refuses to, lives the high life and all efforts to collect come to naught. I know there is something wrong with the system when the rich and famous can avoid trials time and time again by buying themselves out and by buying time.

    Works very well in many countries. But the justice system is not politicized there.

    With a extension he would not have had to leave. Just renew every year without leaving. I am still doing that except I have to report every 90 days now.

    The topic is about the UK sending asylum seekers to Rwanda. For that purpose a housing estate was created. Those houses, paid for by the UK government, are now being sold to locals. So many of those houses are not available for its intended purpose. You think that's off topic?
