You should have told Agoda and you would have received your Sha+code. Your statement that booking for sandbox via Agoda is not possible is simply not true.

My experience is that with the internetproviders here you will need a VPN or you'll be blocked very soon. Only exception is 3BB, who only very rarely block, and if they do just for a short period of time. I am using SurfShark, the cheapest one I could find.
