Trump under investigation for potential violations of Espionage Act
SunnyinBangrak replied to Scott's topic in World News
That is just what he does when he impersonates somebody/anybody. Fake news to say he was specifically mocking a retarded person. If memory serves I think he mocked some army guy in the same speech with the same motions. Trump does not mock disabled persons. Trump is continually mocked by the left for his hand size and bone spurs. Very unfortunate behaviour. -

Now we have unsupported false accusations that Trump faked a disability. Have you seen his medical records? I note his cautious gait, suggesting that he still has bonespurs or hallux rigidus. Not pleasant by any means. All this mocking of Trump for not having served, makes me wonder what mr 81m votes from the basement's military record was. They couldnt be so hypocritical.. -

Half of GOP Voters Ready to Leave Trump Behind, Poll Finds
SunnyinBangrak replied to Scott's topic in World News
Evidence on the ground shows that this OP is more wishful thinking than reality. News that Liz Cheney, the RINO's darling, just got utterly trounced in the Wyoming Republican primary to patriot and Trump supporter Harriet Hageman is more than welcome. " Trump called Cheney’s loss “a complete rebuke” of the House committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. Cheney is the panel’s vice chair. “Liz Cheney should be ashamed of herself, the way she acted, and her spiteful, sanctimonious words and actions towards others,” he wrote on his social media platform. “Now she can finally disappear into the depths of political oblivion where, I am sure, she will be much happier than she is right now. Thank you WYOMING!” https://www.oregonlive.com/nation/2022/08/liz-cheney-loses-wyoming-republican-primary-to-harriet-hageman.html -

False. Trump was the President out of love for his country and his sense of patriotic duty. Thus he refused to keep his salary and donated it all to worthy causes. Hardly the action of a grifter, is it? So now you know, your "there is NOTHING---from his name to his 'charity' that he did not try to monetize." is a false statement. -
This is not yet another Trump rant thread so no comment about your first unsubstantiated assertion. But IMO this looks more like a boondoggle than a "real investment". Spending any $ trying to change the weather is not something I approve of, and as for spending bigly to reduce inflation, well it's a nonsense. Even the Guardian agrees. "It took more than a year of negotiations to reach an agreement on the Inflation Reduction Act, which garnered no Republican votes in either chamber. Its name is a nod to the ongoing wave of high inflation in the United States, though the legislation itself may not make much difference. According to the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Wharton Budget Model, it will lower the US’ budget deficit by hundreds of billions of dollars, but “the impact on inflation is statistically indistinguishable from zero.” https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/live/2022/aug/16/biden-climate-healthcare-bill-inflation-reduction-act-democrats-us-politics-latest In short calling this an inflation bill is misleading in the extreme. We could fairly call it misinformation, and the democrat voters that expect this spending spree to reduce inflation will be very disappointed.

Quote "I don't think they think Trump is innocent. They just don't care." Innocent of what? He has not been charged with anything so of course he's innocent. With every second that passes the likelyhood he will be charged with anything at all lessens further. That they returned his passports lessens the already tiny chance they will charge him. Looks more and more like a desperate political gambit. Hobble the man they know they can't beat in a fair election. But it isn't working out like they hoped, is it?! -
Republicans are concerned about the policy of spending/printing huge amounts of money we don't have to reduce inflation, which was caused by too much money chasing too few goods. I think their concern is valid.

quote "What if he is a filthy traitor, in the pocket of Putin?" Probably the dumbest thing I have ever read. IF Trump was a puppet of Putin like the left claim with no evidence, why on earth did Putin not invade the Ukraine when his own puppet was leader of the free world? Makes no sense at all does it? Instead Putin waits for the incorruptible honest and tough Joe Biden and then invades? haha what nonsense. -

don't sound so shocked. The same FED and same dems have history of doing exactly what you said. That is the problem here. It is not the first time they acted dishonestly trying to nail Trump on flimsy or flat out made up evidence. You know this, don't make me put up links again to FBI bad behaviour several years ago when they first tried to remove Trump. -

Or more likely, as it has been several days past with no news just climbdowns that Garland did in fact know about it and that it is not nuclear material or whatever, that there will be no indictment. If they had ANYTHING at all they would have charged him on the first day. They will have known they had to get it right this time, after many judicial and authority attacks on him failed dismally. They will have realized that to storm his house and even go as far as looking at Melania's underwear drawer they had better come out fast and with grade A evidence of a serious crime that was a clear and present danger to America. Huge fail. Now ex Presidents will get their houses stormed whenever the current President needs an urgent distraction, just like they will be impeached whenever the opposition don't like a President. The damage to democracy these hateful democrats have caused is unfathomable. -
Britain’s opposition Labour Party demand energy price cap freeze
SunnyinBangrak replied to Scott's topic in World News
What Starmer and all other of his ilk fail to realize is that by disincentivizing private companies oil and gas exploration in the North Sea they are creating a perfect storm for the future and guaranteeing both supply issues and also an inability to control price spikes as the UK will be forced to scramble to import energy or fire up the old coal power plants to meet energy demands. Cutting fuel taxes would be the sensible route here, and if the budget can't cover this, then start sacking civil servants. This hare-brained scheme will come back to haunt the Brits in the not too distant future. -

Why are you mocking President Trump over one of his greatest successes? Normalizing relations with North Korea pre Trump was as ridiculous a notion as bringing back American jobs. It would have taken a "magic wand" to establish a respectful relationship with the renegade nation. Yet that is exactly what Trump did. The incredible footage as Kim and Trump walked together across the border - just mind-blowing - even if the US msm ruined the world changing events by pushing the now debunked Trump Russia collusion hoax on the same day(he'll be in jail tomorrow, yipee we got him now, don't drop the soap - yes I revisited the thread) which overshadowed the actual events taking place on the ground. And you accuse Trump, without evidence, of having a homosexual love affair with Kim Jong-un. Charming. Yet my impression from all these trolly comments is this latest fishing expedition is just as big a failure as the last few. What doesn't kill Trump makes him stronger - would make a catchy pop tune. -

Biden's healing the divide seems to be going well! "President-elect Joe Biden in a victory speech Saturday night vowed to heal a nation torn apart by deep political and racial divisions and promised to hear the concerns of both Americans who voted for him and the tens of millions who supported President Trump." https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/524992-biden-vows-to-heal-divided-nation/ Biden will be in for a whole world of hurt the second he loses the house in the midterms. -

Yes, I am confident in Trump's judgement. This is not the first time(or 2nd) the "justice" departments have gone after Trump for alleged crimes that there was no evidence to support(because he was innocent). On the major issues Trump has been proven correct, and the FBI and others have been proven to have not acted honestly(FISA warrant to spy on Trump's campaign fiasco for example). To me, this means the FBI have zero credibility, they acted out of sheer hatred and a surety he was guilty due to this hatred, and Trump has extremely high credibility. When the list of Trump's "lies" was linked to on an earlier thread, about the first "lie" was him remembering the weather wrong on inauguration day, so I know the guy is as honest as the day is long if getting the weather wrong is one of the major "lies" he was accused of. After somebody cries wolf several times, it is basic human nature to be highly doubtful if they again shriek there is a wolf coming. -

quote "It is pretty obvious that the trump supporters on this thread/forum do not want to understand the severity of what trump has done, something which has been proven by the fact that documents have been found at his fortress." Severity? It sounds like a basic admin/paperwork error if even that. Precedent shows that even people who were not President had similar documentation at home, and it was deemed to be a non-event by the director of the FBI. Now, because its Trump, and the hatred for this man is way out of control thanks to all the lies, smears and hoaxes over the last 6 years, the left are suddenly concerned. It also appears that Trump DID have the power to declassify documents he wanted to take home for homework. “Trump’s office, in a statement provided to John Solomon — the conservative journalist who is one of Trump’s authorized representatives to the National Archives — claimed late Friday that Trump often took classified documents to his residence and had issued a never-before-revealed “standing order” that all documents removed this way “were deemed to be declassified.” The power to classify and declassify documents rests solely with the President of the United States,” the statement read. “The idea that some paper-pushing bureaucrat, with classification authority delegated BY THE PRESIDENT, needs to approve of declassification is absurd.” https://www.politico.com/news/2022/08/12/search-warrant-shows-trump-under-investigation-for-potential-obstruction-of-justice-espionage-act-violations-00051507 Looks more and more like game, set and match. Trump wins against a weaponized justice department for the 3rd, or it it 4th time now? I'm hoping the left learn from the latest defeat and start thinking about the disastrous state the country is in with Bidens inflation and the wars and all the bad stuff going on and start working to fix the country not hound and harass the man they are terrified of running against. -

quote "I would say beyond the shadow of a doubt DoJ has to consider that 45 intended to monetize the material." So we should go ahead, skip the trial by jury, and go straight to his punishment because some Tom Clancy fan on the internet says he is deffo going to try monetizing these alleged confidential papers he allegedly stole? Sounds illogical in the extreme. quote "It is always a consideration in violations involving classified material. The same was considered when an NSA employee was found with lots of docs at his home. Investigation cleared him of that, but he still got 9 years in jail." Is there any precedent we can draw from? Has anybody either running for President or actually been President had confidential material at home for whatever reason? How was that punished by the FBI? Would it have showed Trump is more honest if rather than alerting the FBI to his storage of documents at home and allowed them to add another padlock for security that he smashed the documents with a hammer and bleach? What is this, day 4? And STILL the FBI can't say whether it found these stolen allegedly classified documents and clear this mess up for the nation. Beyond farcical. -

quote "I'm certain that Trump's inner circle is just as opportunistic and self-serving as he is" So opportunistic and self-serving that they all donated all of their salary to firefighters and National park staff(and other worthy patriotic causes)? Donating his entire salary shows Trump's love for America and a total lack of greed and corruptibility. It shows he is an idealist, his love for America and his desire to make her great again, far surpasses his want for money. I'll bet the guy currently in office is not donating his entire salary. This is what makes the left's claims that Trump is a spy so amusing. "The President of the United States makes $400,000 annually, before taxes. During his 2016 campaign, Donald Trump promised to donate his salary if elected President. It was a promise, even his critics acknowledge, that Trump was keeping." https://www.forbes.com/sites/adamandrzejewski/2021/02/27/president-donald-trump-probably-donated-his-entire-16m-salary-back-to-the-us-government--here-are-the-details/?sh=63ab9ae71a8d -

"And then there’s this interesting tidbit: Ahead of A.G. MERRICK GARLAND’s news conference on Thursday, “a person close to Mr. Trump reached out to a Justice Department official to pass along a message from the former president to the attorney general. Mr. Trump wanted Mr. Garland to know that he had been checking in with people around the country and found them to be enraged by the search. The message Mr. Trump wanted conveyed, according to a person familiar with the exchange, was: ‘The country is on fire. What can I do to reduce the heat?’” https://www.politico.com/newsletters/playbook/2022/08/14/intrigue-grows-around-mar-a-lago-docs-00051605 "‘The country is on fire. I can't recall any of Trump's "lies" that are still regarded as lies. Most of his so called conspiracy theories turned out to be true. Hillary/Russia hoax etc. As for Biden, seeing as you asked, he is a far more dangerous liar. His lies have potentially put the US in blackmailable situation, made worse by big tech, media and justice deptments refusing to look at the guy. Example, Biden swore he never met or discussed business afairs with his son and dodgy foreigners. He met them over a dozen times, in the west wing. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11084655/VP-Joe-Biden-met-two-Chinese-energy-execs-West-Wing.html Trump is probably the most honest President we had recently, although due to media bias and all the hoax stories the impression given is that he was the world's biggest liar -

Your own link proves you wrong, and proves Nauseus right. Then you gloat and suggest the guy who was right needs better news sources?! Oh my. From your own link "She didn't witness boxes or documents being loaded onto the truck, though she did not dispute FBI investigators took material from Mar-a-Lago — Halligan just didn't see it. Sources told CBS News Halligan says she and Bobb were barred from going inside the complex, forced to remain outside, between the ballroom and residence, on the grounds of Mar-a-Lago. " -

An ex President had documents related to nuclear stuff securely locked up at home?? Whatever next?! I wonder if he went so far as to sell our uranium to Russia? That would be extremely bad, wouldn't it.
