    Me personally.. would wait till book is in my name. I purchased a BKK registered car, transferred at BKK LTD to my name, then had to come to Chonburi LTD to complete the transfer and get new plates.

    At the bank. Nothing needed other than recipient name and account number. Can even do it online from your laptop or banking app on your phone if you have one. But yes, after vehicle transfer to your name at LTD.

    Ive got a "visa debit" cards for both Kasikorn and BKK bank. My name is not "priviledged Member" as printed on the cards..... do they work online ? My actual visa credit cards do have my real name.... they work.

    Both Kasikorn and Bangkok bank issued me with un-secured credit cards. Helps if you are working, if you are not you they will want a secured deposit to gaurantee the card.... 100k credit - 100k secured deposit.
