    I too suffered similar sleep issues. Doc now has me on low dose Xanax, that's me lights out for 8 hours !!

    I had high blood pressure/hyper tension (160/100 was normal), was taking meds but they did not do anything significant. Lost 50% of my body weight last year (124kg down to 63kg) however 2 months in bed Iam now back to 80kg. Spent 10 weeks in hospital this year....which forced me to give up the ciggies and beer. I know take zero meds and I average 130/80 now. Weight loss and ditching the vices sorted me !!

    Yeah these days they crush up yabba tabs and sprinkle on the weed. Back in my day we smoked "snow cones" with LSD or Meth mixed with the weed. Wild days thems was !!

    Yeah my PC and laptop have many "applications".

    I use line, teams and facebook to chat with family, friends and work collegues when Iam in front of my PC or laptop. I have no need to be "connected" 24/7 hence phone is for phone calls..... some days they phone even stays in the drawer turned off !!

    I had a PET scan in February, cost was Bt.65,000 at Phayathai hospital.

    I use my phone... as a phone, bizzarre concept aye. Any thing internet (like posting here on Thaivisa.com) is performed on either my PC or Laptop.
