  2. por ror bor covers third party. If this lad is third party then yes, he would be covered up to Bt.80,000.....assuming the at fault driver was still on scene and provided his details to police.

  7. If he was wearing a helmet and the crash was enough to cause the head trauma which has required 2 rounds of surgery so far. There would be impact damage on the helmet, surely showing the damaged helmet would have some sway in the argument he was wearing one. I assume a helmet was found and recovered from the crash site.
  8. No, he does not need to be flown home... Thai doctors are more than capable and qualified to under take what ever care is needed. Its the family that want to fly him home and speaking of useless they do not want to fund it from their own pockets !!

  13. Been riding for years and my insurance covers me provided Iam sober and wearing the correct safety gear.
  14. Why does he need to lease a jet though ?. Medivac repatriation can be done on a commercial aircraft a lot cheaper.
