    Building application - Stated restaurant. Building inspectors - signed off restaurant. Business owner converted to night club after approval. Cannot see why the people that approved and signed off the build would have a twichy A-hole.

    How does a potential buyer know it has been salvaged ? Not as though it would be issued with a Salvaged title like the USA.

    Daily, Soi Khao Noi. They have an attraction to Soi Khao Noi for some reason. 1st clubhouse/bar - The Fat Mexican Bar (Now closed). 2nd Clubhouse/bar - Angels Bar (Closed during covid and never re-opened). 3rd Clubhouse/Bar - Fatboys Bar and Grille (heavily raided by police a few month ago, closed and not re-opened).

    Lived there for a couple of years, was further than 3km from the beach but not out in the back blocks. Was ok, might return there oneday.. might not, I prefer Canada.

    Ahhh, out in the country. I could not find any statistics claiming 80% live 3km from coast... 85% live 50km from coast is a common find though.

    Their little clubhouse on Soi Khao Noi got raided about 2 months, huge amount of police involved from what I saw as I drove past. Place has remained shut since.

    Yeah crazy over there. I sold my mothers house in 2019 for 800k, it sold again last month for 1.4 with no improvements.

    she has real deep pockets and can comfortably do what ever she pleases. I know many Thai people (that have pockets very much not as deep) living around the world and they could not give zero fecks for Thailand.... why should she be any different.
