    Assuming the vehicle has an automatic transmission. A button on the shifter needs to be depressed in order to move the shifter..... chances of a two year old having that kind of knowledge and dexterity will be extremely slim.

    Netflix does not have any of the content I watch/listen to on youtube. Netflix and youtube premium cost me very little.
