I rear ended a small sedan late 2022. I was 100% at fault, sent them a message via the app... a rep called me within minutes. Told what the deal was and was asked to add them to line and send location. 20 mins later rep showed up, got all the details and took all the relevevant pics, got the deets of the person I hit, organised a tow truck for her car and a taxi for her. Sorted the paper work for me to repair mine, All done and dusted in under an hour, cost was Bt.3000 excess.

My 1st class on the daily car only covers me up to 10 million baht for damages to other vehicles.

Their Terms and condition say can drink with .19% being the cut off limit.... she was well pissed up for the insurance to deny based on being intoxicated.
