    I have never heard of this 4 to 5pm timeframe got a link ... What about motorcycle deaths centering around other shift changes, many companies work 24/7. FWIW I work (6am to 5pm) in a large industrial estate between Pattaya and Bangkok.... would be 10's if not 100's of thousands of "workers". On Friday it was a literal ghost town... very few companies opened and most will remain closed returning on 22/04.
