Georgia prosecutors could charge Trump with racketeering, experts say
ozimoron replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Even if Trump succeeds in transferrign the Georgia charges to a federal court, Trump wouldn't be able to pardon himself and nor could any other president. Whatever court tries the case, it's still state law so no presidential pardon available. -

The funny thing is, even if he's right, he still committed all those crimes trying to overturn the election. It's not legal to steal from other thieves. Trump says he's working on 'irrefutable report' that will prove Georgia 'riggers' stole election https://www.rawstory.com/donald-trump-georgia-2663843775/ -

"Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia," the indictment reads. "Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and in other states." https://www.rawstory.com/trump-indicted-in-georgia/ -

No, warmer means less crops because the drought and fires will deplete crops far, far more than any increases in photosynthesis caused by higher carbon dioxide levels. This is an example of the trash that climate deniers put forward to try to downplay the crisis, completely devoid of any science not to mention links to nothing. https://www.nbcnews.com/business/drought-extreme-heat-burn-farmers-margin-error-only-july-rcna93862 https://www.futurefarming.com/crop-solutions/why-warmer-winters-lead-to-yield-loss-in-arable-crops/ https://climate.nasa.gov/news/3124/global-climate-change-impact-on-crops-expected-within-10-years-nasa-study-finds/

Trump charged with four counts over 2020 election

The answer to this is very simple. Trump gives voice to racists so they worship him. Simple as that. Bardella noted that Trump promised to "pardon people who participated in the darkest day of our democratic process that we've ever had." "I think so much about the Republican base, this is a base that has put so much on the themes of faith family and freedom, every time there's a holiday involving a military recognition they're the first ones flying the American flags on the F-150s and the Chevy pick up trucks and yet the very thing that those men and women who have sacrificed everything, the very thing that they do that for is the thing that Donald Trump and his band of idiots try to destroy on January 6th." "The cognitive dissonance here is on another level. https://www.rawstory.com/criminal-syndicate-leader-trump/
