    I was there last week. Busy, early evening but after 11:00 things really slowed down. Lot's of rooms at descent prices mid-March onwards. I was amazed at how many Russians there were. They tend to drink in there hotel rooms or at 7/11's leaving bars in the lurch. Good idea to book a scooter ahead of your stay as there more difficult to find I've found.

    Khon Kaen and Udon Thani are actually great Issan cities to visit with good food, shopping, and surprisingly good nightlife for mongers and married couples alike.

    It's pretty polluted anyplace in Thailand at the moment. At least Chiang Mai is a pleasant place to be despite the horrendous air quality compared to somewhere in Issan.

    We're there last week and although busy things seemed to drastically slow down after 11:00 pm. Hope the Americans enjoy there R&R. Sure beats any other port of call.

    Fleeing call up to the military. I've never seen so many Russians on my recent visit to Pattaya. I'd never thought I'd say this. "Give me Chinese tourists over Russians anytime!"

    You don't have to be an expert to understand Russia has invaded a sovereign country. Tons of Russians in Thailand though if you enjoy thier unsavory and glib company.

    There excellent! They also offer paid subscriptions for longer cloud subscriptions. Cheap enough that we 11. I use solar lights around the entire house. It's like an outdoor stadium. Thieves are less likely to burgle a well lit place with security cameras.
