    I'm suprised it's just not included in the rent. If its a nice place and good location I would give her the benefit of the doubt. How is the rental market now in Chiang Mai? I've heard it's not as ridiculously over priced as pre COVID times.

    Evisa hard great. Cambodia entrance a breeze. Suprised the brainless people running immigration didn't start this years ago. There are worried about not getting some kickbacks. Glad you had great experience!

    Polls for Anutin consistently show that he's near the bottom of the pack. Never mind his promotion of cannabis. His total failure during the pandemic, ineptitude at governance, and blatant racism is a enough to preclude any thoughts of higher office. He'll be a detriment to any party.

    Words of a person with misguided intentions. Stray Soi dogs are spreading desease's and causing havoc though Thailand. Unfortunately it's out of control so not much can be done. I've got two dogs. Well fed and vaccinated. In real life you can't have millions of stray dogs attacking and wandering about cities and villages. Get real!

    They need slotting, not sterilising, and certainly not just knocked out then moved somewhere else. Good idea. I rarely see cats here in Issan, Sakon Nakhon. People prefer having 30 soi dogs loitering in there yards while they struggle to even sustain themselves or there children. Misguided empathy for dogs is ugly.

    And downplaying voltage pulsating through flooded school grounds is ludicrous! The ones who's opinion, "No big deal" are haphazard at best. They must not have kids. This isn't normal.

    What's the penalty for having a gun? My wifes brother/drug addict was arrested for having a stolen gun in his truck. Stupid mother bailed him out for the upteenth time. Still wandering around like a douchebag. Living with his mother. Still no court. 7 months. Mother probably paid some bribe. They deserve each other.

    There's so much land it's a pity they couldn't have a few descent 9 hole golf courses in the Northeast.
