Generally speaking, if one commits a murder and subsequently leaves the area hurriedly, it would be considered fleeing Generally speaking, those fleeing don't return a couple of days later, that would be considered not fleeing. -

For finding out a Asiannow storey you must look at the links before posting a reply in your opinion? Poor journalism is the problem Mr Lou Yes, always a good idea to read the full article before asking questions that are answered in the OP! "Poor journalism" is not the problem, the journalism is exactly the same in the full story that explained everything very clearly. The real problem is the "I-can't-be-arsed-to-read-the-article-but-I'll-pile-in-with-a-bashing-post-that-confirms-what-I-am-ism". -

Thaiexaminer said he went to Pattaya. I didn't post that he didn't go to Pattaya, I said that he didn't "flee" to Pattaya, his friend, whom he allegedly visited, was in Pattaya. -

"Obviously he relied on her wealth...". Not "obvious", at all, nowhere was it reported that he was a lazy POS or that he relied on her wealth. -

Are Lawyers part of the interrogtion process in Thailand?! Of course, they are, if they are requested. -
Wrong. An International arrest warrant (EAW) also called an Interpol arrest warrant is a legal document issued against an individual in another country that requires extradition. People are often arrested when they cross a border or are stopped for unrelated reasons. Wrong. An EAW is a European Arrest Warrant that applies only to member states of the EU, they are not "international". Interpol does not issue arrest warrants, it is not a police force. It does issue advisory Notices to member police forces that can be acted on, or not, with the discretion of those police forces and then that action requires extradition unless all parties are in agreement.
