Another Liverpool Lou special.... not addressing the subject of the thread, instead choosing to play wannabe lawyer and pick holes in harmless comments made by those contributing to the value of a thread. Another Smith special, not noticing the exclamation mark and realising that it wasn't a serious remark.

"I used to go at least once a month..." "...ate there several times a week" Make up your mind or your recommendation may not have much credibility!

Are you an English language teacher?

Totally disagree. Unless your most people is foreigners. Totally disagree.

I can always rely on the ultimate apologist to defend the police here. I quoted what was there. You should learn to get over it. I can always rely on you to not read what I wrote and then comment on a fallacy. There was no defence of the police in my comment. There was an observation on the very loose interpretation of the original article that did not mention paper shuffling at all. You should learn to read what I actually wrote.

I do not use Grab food delivery - I use Tops Supermarket delivery who contract with Grab. And no we do not tip delivery drivers. Nor do anyone else we know. The OP is asking about normal procedures for Grab food deliveries and a tip for the food delivery driver is normal, most people do it.

Your comment gives the impression that tips aren't expected/appreciated/normal for food deliveries, that isn't the case. The merchant doesn't provide their tips.

lost retirement visa, now on overstay
Liverpool Lou replied to Joinaman's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Afraid not, the figure that he's been quoted is about right for starting from scratch. -

...assuming that he will not pay an agent. If he will concede that then an agent is another option. -

"B27K sounds about right for that service". But not including the overstay charge that the agent will have to sort out first. -

Or use an agent here to avoid having to leave the country. -

"his visa ran out on the 14th September" His visa ran out? Which visa, the old retirement extension or the 30-day visa exempt stamp when he last entered? If he came in without a re-entry permit then he does not have a retirement (visa) extension, he just has the latest visa exempt stamp. He'll have to apply from scratch for a retirement extension and most visa agents will be able to assist with that and with the overstay. -
UK Will and Thai Property

Irrelevant if the OP's father wants his wife to have everything. -
I wonder how a complete stranger who just input a wrong account number knew the woman's phone number to call her? He wouldn't get it from the woman's bank. I also wonder why didn't the woman didn't just tell her bank to return the erroneous transfer of money, that wasn't hers, to the remitting bank but reported it to the police instead? What's it got to do with the police?

I guess it could be but in my case I provided them with clear evidence from the manufacturer regarding the products in question. Was your claim posted anonymously?
