But if his main access to the bank is via its internet banking software then it is for him. Rightly or wrongly hes reluctant to move to a smartphone and thats leaving him stuck up a creek without a paddle. Yes, that's his inflexibly stubborn issue and it is easily solved. He aso has access to thousands of ATMs that can provide most of the services. It strikes me as odd that he's perfectly happy to accept the 'risk' of online banking but not the convenience and security that the phone app provides.
