  1. Good for you. I bow to your greater legal knowledge.
  2. Very easy to understand how a company started and guided by him, the success of which may have been entirely due to him, could suffer future losses in success due to his not being there because of his premature death caused by the manufacturer of his helicopter.
  3. "...can not post if there is nothing their [sic]" ...so you cannot rationally post that there have never been any penalties, either! Just because you have never seen the outcome of investigations in the press does not mean that there have never been any penalties.
  4. Check with your SIM provider for their best international rates, a 10 minute call to the International Pensions Centre cost me B40 using Dtac's 004 prefix, the other providers have similar options.
  5. "An incident has claimed the life of a parasailing operator off Karon Beach in Phuket. The operator, identified as Mr. Pathompong ... strong winds caused the operator to lose his grip ... Sources revealed that the same operator had fallen from a parasail on multiple occasions before". That suggests to me that he was the operator of the business. "I have Never seen in the news or the internet that THAI employers have ever being penalised? please show links..." You're the one who made the claim that employers are never punished so the onus is on you to show links to justify your claim, not me!
  6. He wasn't an employee, he was the business proprietor. "Thai safety!! They have NO idea ?? They always launched an investigation but that is it, no outcome, no prosecution of the employer..." On what do you base that allegation of no employers ever being penalised?
  7. You think an insurer is going to look at it like that. Having been in the insurance/finance/banking industry for many years, yes, I know that's how they'll look at it, without a doubt.
  8. What he committed isn't merely a minor offence(speeeind, or drink driving without further incidents). Seriously injured an innocent Thai national as the result of drink/reckless driving. It would be a traffic offence. Although the vendor was injured it was not "serious" enough for him to have to go to hospital. And he hasn't been found liable yet, has he?
  9. Calling the pot calling the kettle black aren't you Lou ? A few of your posts are the same You have never seen a Thai-bashing, irrational post from me. If you have, 'kin quote it here!
  10. It is not "the Thais", it is his company and his family, and they have to take into consideration the company's potential loss of earning for years in the future following the death of the founder caused by a third party. What is wrong with that, it happens all the time in your country, also doesn't it in similar circumstances?
  11. Thai-bashing, irrational cobblers. You don't think that highly successful, wealthy business owners in any other country, particularly yours, wouldn't do the same in similar circumstances?
  12. ...but he'll be out of office in a few days.
  13. Why would he be kicked out for a traffic offence?
  14. TIT indeed. From the OP... "The police plan to review security camera footage to confirm the identity of the driver before issuing charges".
  15. Traffic offence, day or night, same penalty.
  16. Like I said it's an expression, even a Scouser would understand that, and don't tell me what to post, wannabe moderator now are ya? Who's a "Scouser"? Don't post inaccurate nonsense.
  17. Thailand wouldn't know what a foot long is even if they tripped over it. Subway franchises certainly do.
  18. Same for me...every time without exception.
  19. Based on her order, I'd guess that she is not so "little"!
