If I was at an accident scene taking photos/videos of the scene I'd expect the police to tell me to sod-off and stop being a morbid bast#rd.
They can't!

It´s just to make cigarettes illegal instead.
Nonsense, there are no plans for that.

I was planning a big trip to Thailand with my mother but realised Thailand does that hugely invasive and painful nasopharyngeal swab (when they push the swab deep into your nasal canal towards your brain) instead of the test we are used to in our country which just swabs the inside of your nostril.
You've got it wrong, those tests are no longer enforced on anyone entering the country.

Unfortunately, they're in public, they have the right to be there, the police have no authority to "move on" law abiding citizens.
They can tape-off the area... very far away.
Yes, they could, but they don't, so the public streets are accessible to anyone, anywhere, within reason.
I don't condone the gawking, at all, but I'm sure you wouldn't be too happy if the RTP were able to tell you which part of the public pavement or which public street you could use.

Yes, that seems to be the case.
What's difficult to understand...did you bother to read the article?

It seems that those countries have a gun problem. But no solution for it. Fortunately, few mass shootings in schools.
I.e. no mass shootings in schools in those countries.

50x more guns in circulation than Singapore? What rubbish. Singapore has very few guns in circulation.
Maybe that's why the article said that there are 50 times more guns in Thailand than Singapore! Very few in Singapore and more than a few here!

Yes, it will be painless, that's what a local anaesthetic is for, I know from personal experience. Nothing is felt during the procedure apart from a bit of tugging on the foot.
I've had the full nail removed painlessly and a 1/3 removal of the offending nail on more than one occasion.
Again, except for the time spent getting there, walking, waiting and recovery.
Apart from getting there, all that also applies to digging it out yourself except that the pain will likely be greater as will the risk of infection with self-surgery.

001 for true to usa then 1-xxxxxxxxxxx but true requires you to set up international calling first
...or 006, or 00600. Obviously, an international call facility is needed (!) but that comes automatically with normal TrueMoveH SIMs, it does not need to be "set up" with a normal SIM card.

The other person does not need to have the same app...only a phone number. The app is nothing more than a means to get a US phone number to use over the internet. It's just the same as having a cell phone number in the US
You're seriously suggesting that a person who does not have a phone with WhatsApp/Messenger/Telegram, et al. can receive WhatsApp/Messenger/Telegram et al. calls? How? What if the person receiving the call is using a land line?

uhm nobody use those anymore, get on messenger or dozen of other app.
Millions of people still use those codes; not everyone has those apps to receive calls regardless of whether the OP can use them!

Will means the same as would except normally refers to future tense where as would normally past!!
Jesus...re-visit your English grammar lessons. "Will" does not mean the same as "would".

They will just sell you a plastic bottle that is 60% full instead. Pepsi is getting their quickly. I'm sick and tired of buying a bottle with 60 to 75% CO2.
It's a shame that they don't have to indicate the volume of the contents on the bottle, isn't it?

I am hoping something got lost in translation. There is no way on earth a government can tell a private consumer goods company what price it can charge for its discretionary products. If Pepsi want to charge a million baht per can, well up to them and good luck.
Unfortunately, you're wrong in this context.

As it only took me 30 seconds to find out from their website, here's the answer for you...
006 (plus the number) B2.5 per minute, 00600 (plus the number) B1 per minute.

001 is the normal international call code, or you can just dial + before the US number, it's automatic.
Dtac and True offer lower cost codes (lower quality, allegedly, but I've never noticed), Dtac's is 004.
Why not call True's English-speaking call centre and ask them or just look at their website where all the charges and codes are specified?

What a joke the pm is worried about one Thai but never investigates the tourists who somehow fall from high buildings but I guess that's up to RTP and we all know how efficient they are
Prayut isn't investigating this one, either.
