You've heard about the Covid pandemic and it's restrictions to help stop it, have you?
Does that make snitching OK then?
Sure does.

What do you mean? That site did ask for the residential address. So, yes, many people have entered that.
It didn't when I registered, that's what I mean.

So were the results of the autopsy published in the media? My wife only sees the deaths reported , no results of the actual cause of death. Did the person have any health issues? this latest lady had high blood pressure, but that could mean anything!
She was also a 73-year old diabetic!

We hear of these deaths, but no-one hears of any related illnesses which might have contributed to the death. My wife is terrified of getting the vaccine now because of these stories. people should be forced to print the results of how the person died. Not just "died after receiving the AZ jab". That is just scare mongering!
"We hear of these deaths, but no-one hears of any related illnesses which might have contributed to the death".
Try reading the link, this woman was 73 and suffered from high blood pressure and diabetes.

It appeared that it was possible to view the personal information of the last person who registered on the site. The data on display included name, address, date of birth and passport number.

Which rip-offs on which part of Sukhumvit?
try booking a cab at any hotel there!
Presumably, you're referring to Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok? Booking a taxi at a hotel is not getting "ripped off" by taxis on Sukhumvit Road.
In my experience (that's daily), taxi drivers in that area have been on their best behaviour since Covid started (no refusals even in rush hour, always on the meter). When was the last time you got "ripped off" by a taxi driver in lower Sukhumvit?

The statistics are saying 30% of people that are infected with COVID require months of rehabilitation to repair the lung damage done, it's like a non-smoker that suddenly has a two-pack a day habit.
Ignorant post.
Which statistics are those?
"it's like a non-smoker that suddenly has a two-pack a day habit",
What?

BUT... Taxi drivers who sit outside tourist hotspots trying to rip people, over-charge, clock the meter etc are of course going to struggle.
That's happening? Where? And where are these tourist hotspots nowadays that taxi drivers take advantage of? Since Covid I've never had any difficulty with any taxis in Bangkok, even in rush hour traffic.

Yes. It is disappointing when you order a "Grab" and a Green and Yellow Toyota, with a <deleted> stained interior, clunking rear suspension and clicking ball joints poles up!
Your own fault for ordering a Grab Taxi, not a Grab Car.

Afaik , the owner won't be able to sign any documents as he is dead . Have to double check ...
It, obviously, belongs to someone, or some agency, who can sign. Land doesn't just suddenly not have an owner even if the last owner is deceased. If there are no next of kin the land becomes the property of the state.

How do you know that she hasn't bought it in the five years since you tried to buy it? Perhaps she's not a thief.

Nothing, if it's not your land so it's none of your business apart from reporting her to the police if you feel that strongly about it.

The title is a mischaracterization.
Not only is it a mischaracterisation, it's trolling, contradictory misinformation. How come the thread has not been closed?
All from the contradictory link...
1. "Countries should also avoid giving the Astrazeneca coronavirus vaccine to people over 60..."
but...
"The European Medicines Agency (EMA) considers the Astrazeneca shot safe for all age groups".
2. "the risk-benefit ratio remains favourable for all age groups"
but...
"should [authorities] avoid giving the Astrazeneca vaccine to people aged over 60, Cavaleri said: "Yes"
3. "The Italian government said on Friday it would restrict the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine to people aged over 60"
but...
Italy's recommendation that the product be "preferably" used for people over the age of 60, after the EMA said its benefits outweighed any risks.

the widow of Pruettichai, told reporters today (Saturday) that her husband was a healthy man and did not have any underlying diseases, adding that the family has doubt that he died of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (the thickening of the wall of the heart, blocking blood flow of blood out of the heart)
He was a "healthy man with no underlying diseases"... apart from suffering from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Ok.

I don't know why they report these things ? It only serves to fuel peoples fears. If a large percentage of the populations vaccinated, it is inevitable that some of them will die in the following days. People have been ding since Adam and Eve. LOL
If there is any credible evidence, by all means please report it. but "Widow thinks husband’s death may be linked to AZ vaccine ." is ridiculous and irresponsible reporting
We shouldn't be too quick to judge her, or the reporters, we may end up with egg on your faces, she may be a forensic pathologist!

Ford Motor Co.'s Ranger mid-size pick-up truck is the most "made in America" vehicle in 2020 with 85% total domestic content, according to an index produced by American University's Kogod School of Business.
So you are correct the original article stating 70% was incorrect as it should have been 85% total domestic content
Who says the one that you quoted is correct and more accurate than the "70%" study?! If the next report quotes a 60% domestic content, I take it you'd believe that, would you? If not, why not?

I would only wish that the government would allow home quarantine for those residents who enter the country with valid proof of vaccination - that would allow those of us who will probably wait until October or later to get vaccinated in Thailand, to leave, get vaccinated and then return to Thailand without having to go thru the onerous quarantine restrictions - but I won't hold my breath! ????
Does you own country offer that facility to those requiring quarantine or do you think that just Thailand should allow it because you want your return to be easier?

No, it wasn't "a good pick up", neither was the OP "another worthless comment from the ministry of silly walks" [sic].
Pity he, and you, didn't pick up on the first three lines of the heading where it refers only to those entering by air.

Dimming LED Rear Car Lights
in Thailand Motor Discussion
Posted
If that's a permanently "on" illuminated nameplate, or it lights up with the brake lights, not just as an additional reversing light, it's illegal and adjusting it's brightness so as not to annoy following drivers would be academic.
Showing a white light to the rear of a vehicle (except when reversing) is not permitted under Thai law or internationally ratified vehicle lighting standards.
