How do you know that no one phoned him? Would he have picked up?
Not at work and not answering his phone might prompt a visit to his residence.
Just as likely to not have prompted that.
If people you know perhaps choose not to answer their phone for a few days do you rush round to bang on their door and impose yourself on them?

Yes I do think that they were paying rent right up to the night in question?
Try reading this.
I did, years ago. That article doesn't confirm that the stall-holders were actually paying their rent. Neither was there any confirmation that anything in the article was known to be accurate (there are clear inaccuracies in the article) or anything more than hearsay on the part of "Bangkok Eyes". The article seemed to be just an unreliable, "allegedly" article.

What do you mean?
There is a model year, which is when the manufacturer releases a new model. If the latest model update was in 2019 and you buy it now it's still a 2019 model.
Then there is the first registration date, which is simply that. If you bought a car 5 years ago and rode it without registering it, but register it now, the blue book would show 2022 even though the car is actually 5 years old.
Good grief...

Anyone who buys a new car today, assuming that it wasn't built in 2019 or hasn't been sitting around as stock for years, buys a 2022 model!

That's what can happen when notices to move from private property at the end of temporary leases are consistently ignored!
Really? Even though the rents were paid to the holding company.
Rents may also have been paid to the collectors who wear tight brown suits and big black boots.
You really think that they were paying rent right up to the night in question?
Bribes paid by the bar operators to the police are irrelevant to the owners who wanted their property back.

The cost of fuel goes up
so Thais will buy a 160 rather than a 125.
??
Crazy world.
Crazy? How many 160s have been sold and are all Thais buying them to replace their 125s? Is there any significant increase in fuel costs for a 160? Not crazy, at all.

A friend of mine had a share in a bar and lost it all where the bars were simply smashed down one dark night.
Naturally she got no compensation and neither did anybody else even though the rent was paid to a holding company.

I did not state a lawyer would not be accepted.
The condo office is what I was referring to.
Your reply did suggest that was what you meant.

Any lawyer (notary) will do it for a small fee.
My last life cert was signed by the condo office staff with the Juristic Person stamp.
I am not sure that will work for a proof of life and etc for Switzerland.
It is not the same as the UK.
What makes you think that the Swiss authorities would not accept a notarised confirmation from a lawyer?

But what is puzzling, why she can't testify. She is seen on the video energetically moving and waving her arms for help. Earlier reports about multiple bruising, including head. Unless it's a brain injury with swelling, resulting in concussion, she should be able to talk.
Thanks, Doc, we're lucky that we've got you to report back after examining her!

Guess the tattoo was a major clue in that one !
A tattoo was found on his left chest written “Sararee-Chamroen”
In English ?????
The report didn't say that the tat was in English.

I know, that's why I said it. I can't understand why anyone ever uses the bizarre and meaningless phrase, "the proof is in the pudding".
