Do you believe in Ghosts?
Where does the Term Guardian Angel come from? I believe it to be a former loved 1 who has passed over and he or she is around looking out for you. You will never see him but you may feel his or her presence such as the feeling when you get that someone is watching you when no one is there.

Do you believe in Ghosts?
I read a book once and can't remember the name but it was written by one of the world's best spiritualist mediums. He told the story of a Church priest who was contacted through the medium, he named his Church the day of his death and what killed him. The Medium spoke the same as the priest. To validate the story a tape recording was played to the Audiance by the priest while he was preaching a sermon some 20 years before. The recording was identified from a member of the original congregation. as the original priest talking. Another reading was from a Soldier killed in 1918 during the Great War. He states he only had to survive 2 days and his war was over due to the Armistice but he had to go over top 1 more time he said he saw a large bomb crater and he decided to jump in for cover. He recalls looking up and seeing his old pal from the same regiment what he found strange was his pal was killed weeks ago he didn't realize that he had been shot dead and fell into the bomb crater. The medium said his Pal was there to take him to the other place as there was no family or loved ones when he passed, the closest was his pal who he would recognize.

Do you believe in Ghosts?
I thought this thread was about Ghost? Many years ago I was a night porter at a well known Hotel on lake Widermere called " The Old England " In Bowness - on - Windermere. One of my duties was to look at the reports on the day about Guests ie are they awkward demanding etc. One day 2 guests checked out around 4 pm because they claim they saw a Ghost in there room. I did a security sweep walkaround every 3 hours. When i got to there room itwas very unnerving and i was not going into the now vacant room. On another occasion the Hotel was closed for Refurb and no guest were in the hotel but staff were in there accomadation so I Still had to do my rounds. One night i was climbing a flight of stairs and i felt someone pass me on the stairs it even blew in my face and was enough to move my hair that was it for me no more night portering and i went on days. If anyone books a stay in this hotel th resturant is named the Sir Henry Seagrave lounge. This is a Water speed record holder on water but he was killed attemping the water speed record attempt on Windermere in the early 20's. I believe it is him Walking the hotel corridors.

On helmets open or fullface, it is up to the wearer id go for a full face. Better to put up with the heat then hitting your face on the Tarmac in the event of an accident. Id prefer me lid being scraped away instead of my face. Plus if your helmet is open-face without a visor you will be blinded by a flying insect hitting your face at 50-60 ks an hour.

Iv'e rode Scoopy's Fino's Clicks PCX's etc from 110cc up to 150CC. In my opinion it depends onwhat you want to use your bike for. For instance if its just for zipping round Town shopping etc theres not much differnce between a 125 click or a PCX and a N Max, Forza. Nipping out to the shops id go for the click due to the Footwell advantage where you can hang a few bags off the hook on a click PCX and others have the big plastic console in the middle where a bag cannot be placed so it has to go under the seat. From a standing start like at a set of lights a 125 will pull away from a bigger bike due to its Torque. plus a bigger bike uses more fuel. I f you want a bike for urban use id go for a 125 your not gonna do 60-70 kms an hour in Town. 150 cc and up in my opinion is for cruising around on a bike ride outside of the Town where you can sit cumphy at 60 all day long.

- Thai tourism faces strain from sluggish Chinese, Japanese economies
So not many plusseys for Thailand then. Whats the 1st they do when they know troubles brewing ? up the prices to offset lack of numbers. They don't comprehend or dont want to comprehend the negativity it has on future tourists numbers. Failing that they lie and and spread false hope to the tourist industry. Slash domestic flights and hotel prices for beginers and try to Encourage more visitors not turn them away.- Thai tourism faces strain from sluggish Chinese, Japanese economies
And Covid out.- Thai crackdown snares Chinese fraudsters: Couple arrested for 1.5 billion baht cross-border scam
Quality Chinese Tourists welcomed into the Kingdom.- Thai tourism faces strain from sluggish Chinese, Japanese economies
Same old Excuses blame everyone else but themselves. Can't carry on using Covid as a factor that was Thailand's fault for not opening quicker like the West. Most of the reasons Tourism is in decline and will continue to decline. Most posters on here know the main reasons but as usual the Thai government ignores the warnings and carries on there golden egg dreams.- Songs That Cheer You Up?
