My take on health is simple.
We are born healthy.** And if we get the right nutrients through our food, clean water and fresh air we will have done our bit to equip our bodies to fight off the undesirables. That will inevitably come our way. It's difficult to avoid certain things. Breathing in smoke particles. Eating food that has been processed with preservatives, colourings etc. Food grown alongside fungicides, herbicides and all manner of chemicals. Water that has been contaminated; often deliberately. Then we have the whole new 5G and EMFs to contend with.
But! Our bodies are robust; to say the least. Provided they are given the tools to keep us healthy they will generlly do so. As we progress in years, the rejuvenation of our bodies is not as frequent as when we were teenagers. And there comes a time when a simple/minor thing - that we would have taken in our stride in earlier years - hurts us bad. Our maintenance, or immune system, is unable to cope. And we could die as a result.
IMO, there are no such things as bad germs. And according to 'science' the real demon among germs, is the dreaded virus. There are viruses. They can be seen under an electron microscope. But what are they? I say; cell debris? What do they do? Well - knowing the body does not do things for nothing - I reckon they aid the removal of dead cells and tissue. Dead cells! Yes! Millions every day. Perhaps billions! And how does this removal occur? Mostly through breathing. But if there is toxicity, then through other means. Coughing, sneezing, poopoo, rashes, fevers etc. These are the symptoms of the body getting itself back to good health. They are not disease, sickness or illness in any way.
So! When I said in an earlier post that 'health systems' had to be swept away; I was not jesting. In my world they would be replaced by a nature based concept. Too big a subject to be unraveled in this post. But in a nutshell; good food in; toxins out.
And I have not even mentioned the entity that everyone knows about. The not so safe. The not at all effective. The totally unnecessary. What is it you ask. Vaccines!! Not just them. but much of Big Pharma stuff is also simply junk.
** The most important year of a human's life is the year before birth. The second most important is the following year.
struth what tripe, many are not born healthy but many are saved by medical intervention and live full and long lives.

How can you motivate people if you don't reward them?? Those who do their job will get raises those on their cellphone or too lazy or non quality work not.. But in schools they learn already to be lazy , as the law states that nobody can fail.. So I know students who don't anything but will finish school even with average grades, as the schools are not allowed to give lower grades because of losing face or being a bad school.. No the teachers are too blame the students benefit from this stupid law to make too lazy to do anything. Believe me I was in schools for almost than 20 years here, so I know what I am talking about
because like the "everyone cant fail syndrome" then if everyone gets a rise its no incentive for the idle, Im all for rewarding hard working people no matter brain surgeon or road sweeper but for bone idle buggers nowt or loss of job. Sweeping increases for all aint good.

That's part of why I adopted all of the dogs. My neighbors are now so intimidated that they have ceased yapping all night.
Actually, I live up in the mountains in northeastern Thailand on about ten rai of land and don't have any neighbors who live close enough to me to be bothered by my dogs. Also, all the people up here have dogs, and many of them have several dogs, so my having so many is not a problem for any of them.huh 10 rai I can hear those dogs barking for miles by me 10 miles would be better and when one starts they all go off howling

I sometimes get "locals" leave a dog outside my gate, I ignore it if that fails I dump it at the temple. Pity they cant keep their rubbish for a bin instead of dumping it like their local dogs, stuff strewn everywhere.

I see this weird behaviour from foreigners daily.
What's weird these are not young people, the guys are middle aged and elderly, doing childish things.
They do think they look cool but actually an obese, grey haired or bald guy with missing teeth can not look cool.
yet an obese ugly women like this can apparently........"body positive"......yeah right!

Your comment suggests that a person’s sexuality is learned behaviour, it definitely is not.

It is a very obvous fact that there are many homosexual people in the world, and almost all of them, except perhaps for some of the very youngest, will have been raised by heterosexual parents since other options were not available when they were young. So you would be very hard pressed to show that the sexual orientation of the parents has anything to do with the sexual orientation of the children. My partner had three daughters, but the middle one was adopted by her elder, childless, sister and her husband, both of whom are heterosexual. That middle daughter, who has a well paid professional job in the global market, has a relationship with a female. Certainly no suggestion there that the family was any sort of influence on how her perferences turned out.
i wasnt condemning it i was interested how many follwed their "parents" in such a way you often see kids do what their Fathers/Mothers did

Men and women are different. Do I really have to state or explain this fact?
Children learn, in general, some different things from their father and their mother. Obviously there are lots of things which they learn from both parents. But boys without father behave in general different than boys with father. And the same for girls. Psychologists know that and until recently they were not shy to stay with the facts. And then woke happened. Sad.
By the way, I am not religious. And if it would be up to me no child should be religiously brainwashed.
id say its child abuse

Will this change financial requirements for spousal visa extensions? For example: If a foreign man marries a Thai woman he must keep 400,000 baht in a bank account in his name only, but if a foreign woman marries a Thai man there is no financial requirement.
So, if a foreign man marries a Thai man will there still be a financial requirement? In addition, if there is to be true marriage equality then the 400,000 baht bank deposit for a foreign man married to a Thai woman needs to to eliminated.
itll be funny when normal men become trans women to avoid it all

Extensive research indicates that children raised by same-sex couples exhibit health and well-being outcomes comparable to those raised by opposite-sex couples. A 2010 meta-analysis of 33 studies found no significant differences in behavioral, educational, emotional, or social outcomes between these groups of children.
Similarly, a 2015 study concluded that children with same-sex parents are as socially well-adjusted as their peers with different-sex parents.
Moreover, a 2024 report analyzing two decades of data found that children in same-sex households fare just as well in academic performance, psychological health, and social well-being as those with heterosexual parents.
These findings are supported by major professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association, which states that lesbian and gay parents are as capable as heterosexual parents, and their children are as psychologically healthy and well-adjusted.Will this change your mind? Unlikely. But, the science is clear.id like to see a study of how many of those raised became gay themselves when older
