    Extension or new passport, depends on which Immigration Office, which Immigration Officer and which day of the week it is. I have been asked for a dozen different forms, copies of bank books etc over my 10+ years. Immigration Officers love flipping through bank books. 90 days always a breeze.????????

    Reckon the 'cuts have been on South Pattaya Rd for a long time (apart from covid scare.) Great initiative. But seeing "aliens" getting a free cut while broadcasting to MSM is stretching it?????????

    Fair enuff. 3 pools, gym, sauna, wi-fi and cable. Impressive. If you are retiring here I think it is best that you don't continue to convert baht into your home country's currrency. Your condo is now valued in baht. Good luck if you sell & want to get the money out of the country at a good rate. Some would say you are living a false economy. But....Enjoy????????

    Yup. I've been residing 10+ years. Anything, apart from 90 days, that may cause; questions/problems/hassles/frustration or blunt instrument body trauma are best put in the hands of a long standing valued Agent.????????

    Agreed....but.... That would mean having bins: Bins need to be emptied (problem.) Perhaps bins emptied into a truck? (expensive) Truck needs to dump rubbish (small soi should do.) Drains are the answer. Put all rubbish into the nearest drain. Out of sight = out of mind.????????

    Reality is that TAT does not need a budget. Reality is that TAT does not need to exist. None of my visiting friends have ever heard of TAT. Possibly TAT was relevant in (say) 1975. Internet and anti-social media are now the boss. TAT is simply one of the carriages on the never ending Thai gravy train.????????
