    Agreed....but.... That would mean having bins: Bins need to be emptied (problem.) Perhaps bins emptied into a truck? (expensive) Truck needs to dump rubbish (small soi should do.) Drains are the answer. Put all rubbish into the nearest drain. Out of sight = out of mind.????????

    Reality is that TAT does not need a budget. Reality is that TAT does not need to exist. None of my visiting friends have ever heard of TAT. Possibly TAT was relevant in (say) 1975. Internet and anti-social media are now the boss. TAT is simply one of the carriages on the never ending Thai gravy train.????????
