Figures will not improve a lot. Massive inflation and rate hikes very soon. Be prepared for a Recession end of this year. US is already preparing a massive rate hike. All the ones buying properties etc on massive loans....be prepared. Thailand must raise interest rates soon as well due to the high inflation but... most are in debt to their necks.

Came on an O-A BKK bank, Kasikorn and others. All invited me in, offered a coffee and as soon as I mentioned "retirement visa", the coffee was gone 5555 Can not: need work permit. UOB sorted out in 1-2 hours and still very happy with this bank. It is what it is: a Singaporean bank. I opened at Chitlom branch/shopping. I lived there at the very beginning.

I just can talk from my own experience. The birth of my lovely daughter was the best thing ever happened to me. She's a teenager now. She keeps me fit and "young". Wouldn't want to be without her. Yes, good education is expensive but hey, I want to give her the best options possible. Love her to bits.
