Nothing is absolute until 6 November 2024. The swing states in pink (and maybe NC) will decide the election and they are all too close right now for ANYONE to call. And this is from CNN 28 FEB 2024: CNN — If the Democratic voters of Michigan – and a handful of other swing states – are feeling uncommitted in November, Joe Biden could lose reelection. https://edition.cnn.com/2024/02/28/politics/biden-michigan-vulnerabilities-israel-gaza/index.html

You can LOL all you want. Trump just became (per the Federal election commission) the presumptive Republican nominee and this coming 2024 presidential election is going to be decided by 6 or 7 states only which scares the <self-deleted> out of me. And to me, all these civil and criminal cases are a side-show compared to that.

Trial date is now set for May 20, 2024. These are the charges: 32 counts of willfully retaining national defense information (18 U.S.C. § 793(e)) 5 counts of obstruction of justice (18 U.S.C. § 1512) 1 count of interfering with a federal investigation (18 U.S.C § 1519) 4 counts of making false statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)) Bad enough without your making up more. Kinda like when you say Trump has "violate(d) a defamation verdict on national TV" when there wasn't any verdict other than damage payments.

Fani Willis decision in Georgia judge’s hands after final hearing
jerrymahoney replied to Social Media's topic in World News
(Judge McAfee) gave an interview to a local radio host on Thursday night, assuring listeners that the emergence of a political opponent would not influence his decision on whether to disqualify Ms. Willis, which he said he had already made. “I’ve had a rough draft and an outline before I ever heard a rumor that someone wanted to run for this position, so the result is not going to change because of politics,” he said on WSB Atlanta. “I am calling it as best I can in the law, as I understand it.” https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/11/us/scott-mcafee-willis-trump-georgia-trial.html -
In a testy exchange Sunday, Mace said it was difficult to tell her story in South Carolina and alluded to the judgment she’d received afterward. She called Stephanopoulos’s questioning “disgusting” and said that it would also discourage women from coming forward to speak about rape. Stephanopoulos denied the charge and said Mace was “courageous” for speaking about her rape, but continued to ask why Mace supported Trump. “I’ve endorsed the man that I believe is the best for our country,” Mace said. https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2024/03/10/nancy-mace-george-stephanopoulos-trump/ A spokesperson for ABC News stood by Stephanopoulos’s interview when reached for comment by The Hill. “George did his job by asking meaningful questions that are relevant to our viewers,” the spokesperson said. https://thehill.com/homenews/house/4525320-mace-says-she-wont-be-going-on-abc-again-good-effing-luck/

The $90+ million was underwritten by Federal Insurance of Indiana founded in 1901. Once the bond has no further objections from team Carroll and is approved by the Court, they have all the information from FIC/Chubb they are going to get. If one were to ask more in depth questions as above, FIC might say that was all handled by Chubb re-insurance subsidiaries in Bermuda or Switzerland or Lloyd's of London.. Go ask them.

“George Stephanopoulos tried to bully me and shame me as a rape survivor over my support for Donald Trump, which is insane to me, because he wasn’t found guilty of rape anywhere,” she said on Fox News’s “The Faulkner Focus.” “I wasn’t brought on to talk about my own rape. I didn’t agree to any of that. And he shares the speech I gave, impassioned speech five years ago about telling my story for the first time. It’s very difficult for me to watch that speech. It’s painful,” she said. https://thehill.com/homenews/house/4524362-nancy-mace-george-stephanopoulos-tried-to-bully-me-during-testy-interview/

"I’m not going to sit here on your show and be asked a question meant to shame me about another potential rape victim," Mace said. "I’m not going to do that." BTW The Hill is running the same story with the same quote as above: https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4522502-nancy-mace-george-stephanopoulos-trump-endorsement/
