    As in the title . He claims that he is being scammed , although the reality is that he paid for something, changed his mind about wanting it and now wants a refund and is falsely accusing the landlord of scamming him

    This is getting rather confrontational , suggesting that I am accusing others of lying . I am not looking for a fight or a battle and wont get drawn into one . IF I am going to accuse someone of lying, I would say that outright and I don't need you to dig me out, thank-you very much

    That is a false equivalence, because a flush either works or it doesn't work , but a condo can either be clean or unclean, depending on a persons standards . Have you seen the photos of the Condo ? It may be of a reasonable standard of cleanliness

    Often its to save on a few nights hotel bills . Instead of moving to an area and spending a few days looking around at properties , they cut corners and book online without seeing the place first , saves money on a few nights at hotels

    Where does it say that the owner agreed to a certain level of cleanliness ? As the Condo was cleansed as requested by the OP and he wasn't happy, that suggests the condo was old . He really should have had a look before agreeing to live in the condo

    Markets would be the cheapest place . which markets gave you already looked in ? The different Markets tend to carry the same stock , so any market will have cheap shorts

    He agreed to rent the room , rent the room as it stood . If he didn't like something about the condo, he shouldn't have rented it in the first place . Ants are quite common in condos and to get rid of them you just have to remove the food source and they will go elsewhere

    Yeah 22 players all sitting on the pitch and the ref telling them, "You cannot come off the pitch until someone scores a goal " And the players bedding down for the night on the pitch and asking for the floodlights to be switched off so they can get some sleep

    What would happen after two hours when there are no players left on the pitch and the score is still equal ?

    You paid for the room as it was , you should have inspected the room before you agreed to rent it . If you left before the agreed date that could be a reason to forfeit the deposit

    You haven't been "scammed" . You paid for something and then changed your mind , you cannot get a refund . You should be grateful that you got your deposit back

    You seem to be hoping that England go out the World Cup and you dread England actually winning it . Do you support any particular team in the world Cup, or just support whoever England are playing ?

    I don't think that many people in the UK are too bothered or concerned about them , but it seems they are constantly in the media headline news . They should have gone to the USA and lived happily ever after there and moved on and stopped using their royal connections for self publicity

    Harry got offered the title AFTER he had left the U.K and resigned from the Royal Family . He objected to his kids being called Earls of Dumbarton because it had Dunb in the title
