You aren't making much sense . Russia/Putin have never been asked to join NATO and Putin has never declined the offer (because it was never made) . Clinton saying Russia and NATO in the same sentence doesn't make that an offer to join

Nope I disagree . People should be investigated FIRST , before they are labelled as being "law breakers" . Should be : " Investigated > Prosecuted> Law breaker >Jailed People should be investigated and prosecuted BEFORE they are labelled as being law breakers .
