Well if you know it all, why are you making threads asking for advice ? Why not just read your tenancy agreement, see what it says and then speak with the condo owner and sort it our yourself ? Read what your contract says instead of asking me what you should do . If you sign a contract for something , you usually have to abide by the details of what you signed up for . After your initial post , you then went on to state clauses in the contract stating get out clauses . You should have stated in the O.P that your contract has get out clauses in it , because without the get out clause, you would be liable to paying for six months You still have to abide by the details in the contract Are contracts in Thailand different to everywhere else in the World ?

You misunderstood what I meant . You took one sentence out of a paragraph and then took that sentence out of context . Please re read the whole paragraph and try to understand the meaning of the whole paragraph and not just one sentence taken out a paragraph (and then misunderstanding the context)

Yes, but that then wouldn't by trying over turn a democratic vote , because they had the opinion that the voting was fraudulent . If they thought that the voting was fraudulent , then they were defending democracy by over turning a fraudulent vote

That is correct , the people saying that Trump supporters didn't accept the democratic vote and the same people tried to over turn a legitimate election, make no logical sense at all

You cannot have it both ways . Its either one or the other . You cannot claim that they didn't accept the democratic election result and also they thought the result was rigged .. They either thought that the result was rigged and then (in their opinion) tried to fight for democracy and stop the election being stolen OR , they accepted the democratic vote and tried to overturn the vote because they lost . It cannot be that they thought the election result was rigged AND they also tried over turn the democratic vote . It needs to be one of the other

The USA is a Country that encourages immigration and is a Country that is built on immigration . Thailand never didn't want immigrants moving to Thailand and so immigrants to Thailand aren't privy to the same privileges as Thais , like owning land

Not quite , they believed that the elections were not fair and that there had been some tampering with the result and they considered the election result to be un democratic . So in their beliefs, they were actually defending democracy . Whether they were right or wrong is irrelevant , the point is that they were defending democracy, rather than trying to over throw it .
