I don't think so, the problems were caused by his drink and drug intake and his emotional inability to deal with a relationship breakdown . Maybe if he didn't spend all his money on drink and drugs , then his Wife wouldnt have left him ?

There are animal cruelty laws to stop Humans killing animals . If a Human behaved like the soi dogs , just wandering around attacking dogs for no reason, that person would face prosecution .

I really don't want to walk the streets carry a weapon and having to kill any dogs that attack me . Snakes and rats are not aggressive , they will ignore me if I ignore them . Dogs go on the attack for no reason , quite often in packs as well .

That wouldn't be an acceptable excuse in Court and also if wasn't even suggested he was an alcoholic , just he was just drunk . Even being an alcoholic doesn't mean you can drive and kill people and not face any consequences
