    You really do not have to dissect and question my every word, The German mining company would have be legally liable if they allowed people to roam the mining site and there had been an accident . Whether they would have been prosecuted by the state or the people is irrelevant to the point that the mining company would be responsible for any accidents that happen on their private land

    Had the mining company allowed the protestors to freely roam the land , and had there been an accident , it is a dangerous environment , the mining company would have been liable for prosecution on health and safety issues .

    The mining compony owns the land and the protestors were illegally trespassing on the land and the protestors/squatters were illegally occupying the land/buildings and the Police had every legal right to remove them

    It is a mistake that many customers make , they don't realise that the bargirls are working in the bars and its part of their job to relieve as much money from their customers as they can . The girls are not there socially , they are working .

    It really is inappropriate these days to target a group of people based on their age , gender and race . It is racist , sexist and ageist and that isn't acceptable these days . Change your target group to a different race, age and gender and see how it sounds

    Oh yes, so it is , The Duke of Cornwall is the owner/recipient of the Duchy of Cornwall , thanks for pointing of that important bit of info . Duke being the person, Duchy being the land

    The point of the original post is that now that King Charles isn't the Duke/Duchy of Cornwall anymore and he now doesn't receive income from that estate , he has now decided to give that income to the tax man instead of keeping it for himself .

    She stopped by the protest for a photo shoot and a video and it made for a great action packed photo to see her being carried away by some policeman , she was taken away because it made for a good photo and video for her self promotion and publicity
