    Last year mine took 7-8 weeks. I had flights booked to go on a holiday and it ended up costing me 6000bht to change them or book new ones . 😕

    Who initially paid for the land and why would they need 20 million worth for headquarters unless it was a development. Says he sold company shares so are they classing the land as shares ?

    There was practically zero foliage on these beachfront properties as they were all glass and walls with zero space used for garden , plants etc. Plus if soaked in water they wouldn't be likely to burn.

    Pretty sure insurance companies would rather a property soaked in salt water from a plane or hose Vs house razed to the ground in 10 minutes by fire .

    I'm not understanding why all the houses on the beach went on fire and all burnt apart from the odd one . They were saying all the hydrants were dry and there was no water . The sea is literally lapping on the steps of all these places , so how could they not use the water from it to extinguish all the flames on the beach property 🤔

    Think the only time I have used cash in the last year or two is to tip staff in hotels , taxis , bars or restaurants.

    Did a similar one not happen last year ? The guy helping went up and was standing on the cords and ropes while the customer was clipped in , eventually lost his grip and fell.
